【Yuen Long 2026 Newly Renovated Campsite】 Stargazing 6-8 Person Camper Van (Parking Available, Adjacent to Eco-Park)

•  Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements for that experience. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• A deposit of $800 is required upon booking (only PayMe/FPS transfers accepted).

• Check-in time is 3 PM on the day. If other check-in times are needed, please notify in advance.
• As it is in a suburban area, please take mosquito prevention measures. The campsite sells mosquito coils and mosquito repellent, and guests are welcome to bring their own.
• The campsite does not accept unaccompanied bookings/stays for those under 16. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. If necessary, the campsite may require guests to show identification to verify.

Campsite Notes
・Please bring personal toiletries when checking in: e.g., slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, razor, camping light.
・For public and personal safety, cooking ingredients inside campervans, yurts, or forest huts is prohibited. If found, $300 will be deducted from the deposit. Please fully cooperate.
・High-power electrical appliances are not allowed inside the vehicle.
・Guests must properly clean rented kitchenware; otherwise, the campsite reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.
・Do not bring prohibited items, flammable or explosive items (e.g., firecrackers), or other dangerous items into the campsite. 
・Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pet's waste; pets must be supervised when in guest activity areas.
・Please respect other guests and staff at the campsite, use civilized language, and refrain from any dangerous or destructive behavior.
・Smoking is prohibited inside campervans, yurts, and forest huts.
・Please always look after accompanying children and do not leave children alone inside the campervan.
・Do not take away campsite facilities or items. If damaged, compensation is required.
・Trash bins are placed throughout the park; to maintain cleanliness, please do not litter.
・Before leaving the campsite, guests must return bedsheets to their original place, restore sofas and any modified beds; if any damage to the campervan/yurt/forest hut is found (including bedsheets/bedding), cleaning/repair fees will be deducted from the deposit.
・When leaving the campsite, please lock the vehicle door and securely store valuables yourself.
・Suburban areas have strong echoes; to protect nature and each guest's rest time, from 23:00 to 10:00 the next morning, please do not make loud noises, play music, or play mahjong; if complaints from other guests are received, campsite staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the campsite. We hope guests will self-regulate.


Bad Weather Arrangements:
- If, within two hours before check-in on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3, or Amber Rainstorm Signal is issued, check-in arrangements for the related vehicles will proceed as usual. 
- If, within two hours before check-in on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red Rainstorm, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, all activities will be cancelled. Customers may change to another date of equal value within 60 days, but must contact the registry within 7 days to arrange the new check-in date.
