Terms and Conditions

Notes for Booking Daytime Experience Campsites
1. All campsites must be booked in advance, and same-day/unreserved applications are not accepted
2. Check-in time is strictly 2:00 PM, check-out time is 8:00 PM on the same day. If leaving overtime, the campsite will charge an additional fee of $200.
3. All campsites must be paid in advance to confirm reservation
4. All payment procedures must be made via electronic currency
5. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day, no staff on duty in the campsite, campers must pay attention to safety.
6. Date Changes:
- Free change of date once at least 14 days before the selected check-in date
- If changing the effective date of the check-in date, customers must use it within 3 months of the original date and make a reservation. If not reserved after the deadline, it will be considered forfeited.
- If the effective date of the changed check-in date is delayed and the price changes due to the time slot, such as from peak to regular slot, the difference will not be refunded.
- If the customer's changed slot is from regular to peak, the additional amount generated must still be made up and paid.
7. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded

If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood via WhatsApp in writing during office hours on the specified date for arrangements. When the customer is approved for change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the guest a handling fee of $100 for rent. All changes will be subject to email confirmation. Late notifications will be considered as proceeding as scheduled. In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Service Terms
Disclaimer
1. All outdoor camping activities carry certain risks. Before participating, please assess the weather/environment, experience and ability/equipment on the day. Engage in outdoor activities within your capacity and be responsible for yourself and others.
2. When conducting campsite activities on the viewing platform, be sure to pay attention to personal safety and companions, especially the elderly and children. If campers cause injury or death due to personal negligence during the activity, the campsite is not responsible.
3. Please comply with Hong Kong laws when conducting campsite activities. If equipment and facilities are used incorrectly or illegally, resulting in any loss to the campsite, the right to pursue all losses will be reserved.
4. Some facilities inside the campsite have potential hazards, such as pond edges and viewing platforms. Campers should pay attention to personal safety measures, take all safety precautions and ensure personal safety. However, for any accidents, the responsibility lies with the campers or the applying group.
5. Payment of campsite fees by guests will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
6. The above terms and prices are subject to the Chinese version. The venue reserves the absolute right to make reasonable modifications and updates at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of any disputes, Hollimood and the campsite reserve the final decision.

Notes for Booking Day Campsites
1. All campsites must be booked in advance and same-day or unreserved applications are not accepted.
2. Check-in time is strictly 2:00 PM, check-out time is 8:00 PM on the same day.
3. Campers must check in before 5:30 PM on the afternoon of check-in. If exceeding the above time without prior notice to campsite staff, the campsite reserves the right not to entertain.
4. If individual campers need to check in early or late, they must notify campsite staff in advance for arrangements and an additional service fee of HKD 300 or more will be charged.
5. From 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day, no staff on duty in the campsite, campers must pay attention to safety.

Inclement Weather Arrangements
1. If the No. 3 or above tropical cyclone warning signal or black rainstorm warning signal is still in effect at 12:00 noon, campsite staff may cancel the day's campsites based on the Observatory's forecast or the rain situation in the area on that day. The itinerary can be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.
2. For safety and campsite operation reasons, after the Observatory issues a No. 3 tropical cyclone warning, all campers must leave the campsite as soon as possible under safe conditions.
3. If the Observatory issues a rainstorm warning signal on the check-in day, please call campsite staff before check-in to inquire about arrangements.

Facilities and Equipment
1. If renting camping equipment or other supplies, must book at least three days before check-in. The campsite does not accept same-day or unreserved applications.
2. The campsite provides public bathrooms with cold and hot water.
3. If facilities or equipment used by campers are lost or damaged, compensation must be made at full price.
4. Must keep the campsite clean. Do not cut or pick flowers, plants, or trees.
5. Without permission, do not move tents or furniture/equipment inside activity rooms arbitrarily.
6. Without permission, do not hang flags anywhere, post posters or flyers, or use campsite power arbitrarily.
7. Without permission, do not hang activity facilities anywhere or take water in advance for activity or game purposes.

Injuries and Accidents
1. In case of any accident, please notify campsite staff or security personnel immediately for assistance.
2. The campsite takes all safety measures to ensure camper safety. If any accident occurs, the responsibility lies with the campers or the applying group.

Accommodation:
1. Campers must not entertain outsiders without permission. Visitors must obtain permission from campsite staff to stay in the camp. Without campsite staff permission or unauthorized entry to use the camp area, violators will be fined HKD 1,500 and the campsite reserves the right to pursue liability.
2. After 11:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others.
3. Guests need to bring their own camping supplies. Campsite fees do not include rental of camping supplies.
4. Campers must bring their own personal hygiene and sanitation supplies.

Other Rules:
1. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at the specified times. If needing to check in late or leave early, must notify campsite staff in advance.
2. Within the campsite premises, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and do not go nude.
3. Do not enter office areas, storage rooms, or kitchens without permission.
4. Without permission, do not conduct any filming or interviewing activities.
5. Smoking, gambling, drunkenness, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws is strictly prohibited in the campsite.
6. If violating campsite rules or engaging in illegal or improper behavior, campsite staff have the right to terminate the camp period at any time, and fees paid will not be refunded.
7. Campers must safeguard their personal belongings. If lost, the applying group is responsible.
9. In case of emergencies, contact campsite staff via the campsite staff contact.

How to Use

• Daytime experience check-in time is strictly 2:00 PM, check-out time is 8:00 PM on the same day
• Must present Holimood confirmation email when participating in activities
• Activities are only valid for confirmed booking dates and times, invalid if overdue
• All campsites must be booked in advance, and same-day/unreserved applications are not accepted.
• After successful booking, no changes or refunds available.
