Terms & Conditions

** For the safety of our guests, if the campground with Category 4 or above winds has the opportunity to switch to a South African camp that can withstand stronger winds depending on the wind conditions, it will replace the Diamond Stargazing Camp or Luxury Camp that was originally ordered. Guests should pay attention! **

Camp Rules

• Please present your confirmation email for check-in purposes.
• Check-in time: 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Check-out time: 10:30 am to 12:00 noon
  
  **If you cannot handle entry and exit within the limited time, please inform our colleagues as soon as possible or we can make individual arrangements. If you cancel the camp after the time (12:00PM), this venue has the right to charge a surcharge (per camp) of HK$200/15 minutes (less than 15 minutes will be counted as 15 minutes).
  
  
• Because the campground is very close to the seaside, if the observatory predicts a Category 6 gale near the campground before 11:00 in the morning on the day of the experience, the campground may be closed due to safety reasons. Bad weather arrangements will be made, and paid fees will not be refunded.
• When entering, please go to the SEASIDE PARK concession stand to register. The admission rules and disclaimer will be distributed to guests to read and sign. In addition, each guest must pay a deposit of HK$200.00. If there is no missing items or damage to the venue when leaving, Facilities and deposit will be fully refunded upon departure. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the relevant compensation, the guest will be required to pay the remaining fees separately
• After checking in, the staff will have a rental list to check with the guests on the rental facilities (including campsites, camping equipment and other facilities). Please check and clarify the items on the list when you arrive. If there is any damage or omission, the staff will replace it immediately. Check completed The guest must then sign the list for verification. If there is any damage/omission on the items on the list, the guest must pay the compensation amount for the relevant items.
• The site rules will be provided to guests when checking in. If you have any questions, please contact our staff. The MY SEASIDE PARK canteen is open from 10:30AM to 9:00PM. In addition, the campground rests after 11:00PM. To avoid disturbing other people’s rest and allowing campers to have a peaceful environment, please keep quiet and refrain from making noise. If you want to play music, drink, play games, chat loudly or have a party, etc., please move outside to the beach. If we receive complaints from other campers or residents, we will not warn or advise in advance, and all deposits will be confiscated. Please be aware and thank you for your cooperation.
• It is prohibited to light fires in the camp area (except in the barbecue and cooking areas). Please go to the barbecue and cooking areas to light fires.
• In order to cherish nature and protect the original ecology of the farm, littering is strictly prohibited on the site. After registration, the staff will distribute a garbage plastic bag to the guest. Please put the garbage in the garbage bag and take your own garbage away when leaving (seaside) There is a rubbish station at the intersection of Yingtan Road to place rubbish.) If rubbish is found left on the premises, staff will have the opportunity to charge guests a cleaning fee of HK$100.00.
• If guests arrive at the venue before 3:30PM, they can wait at the SEASIDE PARK concession stand, where they can also buy drinks/or rent amusement facilities at the venue.
• After guests leave the venue, they can rent a LOCKER at the SEASIDE PARK concession stand to store their personal belongings, purchase drinks, and rent local amusement facilities.
• Please bring your own personal items, such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, slippers, etc. (Note: Also available at canteens)
• There is a canteen inside the venue, selling drinks, snacks, water sports facilities, amusement facilities, daily necessities and beach equipment. (All items sold on site only accept PAYME / cash).
• The service provider may cancel the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If similar circumstances occur, the event can be rescheduled and processed according to the following bad weather arrangements without refund.
• You can bring small dogs to camp. There is an admission fee of $100 per puppy. Only one can be brought to each tent. Please go to the beach to urinate and defecate. If you find any urine or feces inside the tent, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of $300.

Amendment Policy

• Once the reservation is confirmed, the selected additional services and the number of people in the order cannot be reduced.
• You can change the date once for free at least 7 days before the selected check-in date
• If you want to change the effective date of check-in, you must use it within 90 days of the original date and make a reservation. If you fail to make a reservation after the deadline, you will be given up.
• If the price changes due to the time period after the check-in effective date is delayed, such as from busy period to general period, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the changed time period is from normal hours to peak hours/services, the additional amount incurred still needs to be compensated and paid.

Cancellation policy

• No cancellation or refund
• If the customer meets the above conditions and determines that he or she needs to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood in writing during office hours on the specified date to make arrangements.
• When the customer is approved for change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the customer a rental fee of $100. All changes will be confirmed by email. Those with late notification will be deemed to have departed as scheduled.
• In case of any dispute, Holimood and MY SEASIDE PARK will reserve the right to make the final decision.

Adverse weather arrangements

• If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 or Yellow Rainstorm Signal is issued on the day of the experience, and the first ferry/transportation service will provide services as usual, check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will be carried out as usual.
• If the weather is forecast to reach strong wind level 6, we will notify you in the morning or the day before that the campground will be closed and the camp reservation date needs to be changed, which can be changed within three months.
• If the observatory issues a red rainstorm warning signal or a tropical cyclone warning with a higher typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted two hours before the check-in time on the day of experience, the following arrangements will be made, and the paid fee will not be refunded.

Those with late notification will be deemed to have departed as scheduled. In case of any dispute, Holimood and My Seaside Park will reserve the right to make the final decision.
