[Yuen Long 2026 Newly Renovated Campsite] Bring Your Own Tent Camping Experience

•  Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellation procedures will be handled according to the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements for that experience. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• A deposit of $800 is required upon booking (only PayMe/FPS Transfer Fast accepted).

• Check-in time is 3 PM on the day. If other check-in times are needed, please notify in advance.
• As it is in a rural area, please take mosquito prevention measures. Mosquito coils and mosquito repellent water are available for purchase at the camp, and guests are welcome to bring their own.
• The camp does not accept unaccompanied stays for those under 16 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. If necessary, the camp may require guests to present identification to verify.

Campground Precautions
・Please bring personal toiletries upon check-in: for example, slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, razor, camping light.
・For public and personal safety, cooking ingredients inside campervans, yurts, or forest huts is prohibited. A $300 deduction from the deposit will be made upon discovery. Please cooperate fully.
・High-power electrical appliances must not be used inside vehicles.
・Guests must properly clean rented kitchenware; otherwise, the camp reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.
・Please do not bring prohibited items, flammable or explosive items (such as firecrackers), or other dangerous items into the camp. 
・Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pet's excrement; pets must be supervised in guest activity areas.
・Please respect other guests and staff at the camp, use civilized language, and avoid any dangerous or destructive behavior.
・Smoking is prohibited inside campervans, yurts, and forest huts.
・Please always look after accompanying children and do not leave children alone inside campervans.
・Camp facilities and items must not be taken away. Responsibility for compensation must be borne for any damage.
・Trash bins are placed throughout the park. To maintain cleanliness, please do not litter randomly.
・Before leaving the camp, guests must return bedsheets to their original place, restore sofas and any altered bedding; if any damage to campervans/yurts/forest huts (including bedsheets) is found, cleaning/repair fees will be deducted from the deposit.
・When leaving the camp, please lock the vehicle doors and properly store valuables yourself.
・Echoes are louder in rural areas. To protect nature and guests' rest time, from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, please do not make loud noises, play music, or play mahjong; if complaints from other guests are received, camp staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the camp. We hope guests will be self-disciplined.


Bad Weather Arrangements:
- If No. 1 or No. 3 Typhoon Signal or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued two hours before check-in on the check-in day, check-in arrangements for the relevant vehicles will proceed as usual. 
- If No. 8 or above Typhoon Signal, Red Rainstorm or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued two hours before check-in on the check-in day, all activities will be cancelled. Customers may change to another date of equal value within 60 days, but must contact the registration office within 7 days to change the check-in date.
