Terms andRules

Since the venue is an outdoor environment, guests must protect themselves and prepare anti-mosquito and insect measures!!

Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming the booking. Once the booking is successful, it will be deemed that they have clearly read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

1. All paid fees are non-refundable and cannot be changed in purpose.
2. If booking a camping experience (i.e., bringing your own tent to camp), pets can be booked to enter the camp together. If booking a campervan experience or camping cabin experience, pets are not allowed to enter the camp.
3. To provide a tranquil environment to enjoy nature, we will ensure that every guest enjoys appropriate space. Bookings for campervan experience or camping cabin experience must not exceed the maximum number of people for that item. Campers must not privately invite outsiders. If the number exceeds, all must notify the on-duty staff, and an additional fee of $100 per person will be charged. Due to insurance reasons, such persons must leave the campsite by 11:00 PM and are not allowed to stay overnight. Each camp can exceed by a maximum of only 2 people. If exceeding 2 people, the excess number will be charged as per the camping experience item. Please take note.
4. Upon entering the camp, guests please bring their own personal toiletries: such as slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, body wash🧴, shampoo, razor, camping light, etc. The storage water heater in the campervan bathroom supplies hot water for about 10 minutes, with a preheating time of about 30 minutes. 🛀🛀
5. Within the campsite area, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and not be nude.
6. All camping guests must keep the environment and venue clean, must not damage flowers, plants, or trees, must follow "leave no trace", there are no trash bins on site, trash must be taken away by yourselves. Dragon.Home will provide one trash bag per group of guests, with a nearby trash station.
7. Each camping entrant will be allocated about 200 sq ft of grass space (day camp about 100 sq ft per person). Staff will mark positions with frisbees, leaving sufficient spacing between different campers. Participants must note if their equipment (including guy ropes) occupies too much space to avoid exceeding the specified usable area. Do not move the frisbee positions without authorization. If equipment exceeds the frisbee range, even if less than 200 sq ft, Dragon.Home reserves the right to charge based on 200 sq ft.
8. Camping experience check-in time is daily 14:30-17:30. Check-in persons cannot enter or exit the venue from 18:00 until 10:00 the next morning. If feeling unwell or having urgent matters requiring departure, they cannot return to camp. Campervan and camping cabin experience check-in time is daily 16:00-18:00. Campervan and camping cabin cleaning🧹 time is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check in after 15:30. Staying guests must provide their own ID card (or passport) and the campsite's online booking confirmation for verification and registration. Those who have not completed payment must settle the bill first upon check-in.
9. Check-in persons must leave the venue by 12:00 noon on the departure day. Overstay will be charged $100 per person per hour, with less than one hour counted as one hour.
10. All facilities in the venue are private property of Dragon.Home. If damaged by entrants, original price compensation is required.
11. As the venue may be used by other friends' guests on the same day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged accordingly. Please follow instructions (please help each other and be courteous, coordinate sharing privately, do not occupy exclusively, making it difficult for the host and becoming unpopular friends. If the host needs to mediate such actions, serious cases will be advised to leave immediately!)
12. All entrants and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for and paid in advance. If the number of entrants and vehicles exceeds the applied number, Dragon.Home reserves the right not to add camping spots or parking spaces.
13. Vehicles must park in designated positions, and during parking, must follow staff instructions to drive slowly and park in reserved spots. Cannot leave before the scheduled departure time, nor drive arbitrarily on the grass. If an accident occurs or any facilities in the camp are damaged, the driver will be fully responsible. Vehicles must park in designated positions; unauthorized driving onto the grass without approval requires a fine of $1000.
14. Please supervise the safety of accompanying children. If any accident occurs to children in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
15. Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children well, not affecting other entrants. If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.
16. Pets must wear collars and leashes, and must not be let loose to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
17. Please supervise the safety of accompanying pets, and do not inconvenience other users. Pet poop must be cleaned up by yourselves. If a pet owner is found deliberately not handling it, Dragon.Home will charge HKD$500 as cleaning fee. If any accident occurs to pets in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
18. Pets are not allowed to enter campervans or camping cabins. If found entering campervans or camping cabins, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
19. If lighting a fire on the grass, must use a fire pit and fire mat. Regardless of any reason causing grass damage, Dragon.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
20. If needing to smoke, please do so outdoors. Fellow campers do not wish to inhale second-hand smoke, and please note cigarette butts and ashes, do not discard trash and butts randomly.
21. Any mosquito coils and insect repellent products must have a base support. Mosquito coil ashes should not fall randomly on the ground, and the use of sulfur is strictly prohibited.
22. After 10:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:

• Due to nearby residences outside the site, please keep quiet after 10:00 PM at night, do not disturb the quiet life of residents.
• Not recommended to play loud music, karaoke activities / mahjong for fun / outdoor projectors / loud shouting / gambling activities, etc. / Do not trespass and trample areas outside the site / Do not randomly pick plants, branches, and crops / Do not randomly feed animals inside and outside the site.
• Even on festive days, balance with residents' daily routines.
• If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.

23. Prohibited to use megaphones, kites, bicycles, scooters, drones, and all ball activities.
24. Rented camping equipment must be set up, cleaned, and packed back into original packaging by yourselves, and returned intact to Dragon.Home. Any loss or damage requires compensation at price or deduction from deposit.
25. 【Important】 Food waste disposal must strictly follow our provided method to ensure the villagers' septic tank is not overloaded.
    The site provides simple toilet facilities, but please be self-disciplined to keep clean, avoid affecting other campers' use (no staff will provide immediate cleaning service).
    b. Water supply sink provides water source for washing, but please keep drainage smooth. If clogged, [there will not be immediate] staff to handle, to avoid affecting other campers' use.
    c. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at specified times. If needing to delay check-in or leave early, must notify the campsite staff in advance.
26. Cooking is strictly prohibited inside campervans, and high-power appliances such as induction cookers are not allowed.
27. Do not enter office area, storage room, or kitchen without authorization.
28. Keep personal belongings safe; any loss or damage is your own responsibility.
29. Dragon.Home reserves all rights to changes in venue arrangements, including cancellation of bookings and facility rentals.

*If violating these campsite rules or other illegal or inappropriate behavior, campsite staff have absolute power to decide on handling. Paid fees will not be refunded, and they will be immediately blacklisted, no objections.*

Bad Weather and Camp Period Change Guidelines

〖Bad Weather Guidelines〗
If the Observatory issues Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above before 12:00 PM on the check-in day, one free camp period change is allowed. Guests must provide a new camp period within 7 days from the original check-in day, and the new period must be within 60 days of the old one.

 〖Camp Period Change Guidelines〗
If canceling check-in for any reason (except under bad weather guidelines), it will be deemed as voluntary abandonment, no refund/change of period. To change period, must apply 14 days before the check-in period. Dragon.Home will charge 20% of the total amount (including parking and rental fees) as handling fee. Guests must provide new camp period within 7 days from original check-in day, new period within 60 days of old one. If amount decreases, no refund for difference.

In case of any dispute, Dragon.Home reserves the final decision right.
