Terms and Conditions
Since the venue is an outdoor environment, guests must protect themselves and prepare mosquito and insect repellent measures! !

Participants must read the venue rules carefully before confirming the reservation. Once the reservation is successful, they will be deemed to have read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

1. All paid fees are non-refundable or subject to change of use.
2. Campers are not allowed to entertain outsiders. Visitors must obtain permission from camp staff before staying in the camp.
3. When entering the camp, please bring your toiletries: for example slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, shower gel🧴, shampoo, shaver, camping lamp, etc. Water storage type used in the camper bathroom The water heater supplies hot water for about 10 minutes and preheats for about 30 minutes. 🛀🛀
4. Within the campground, campers must be self-disciplined, their clothes and shoes must be neat, and no naked bodies are allowed.
5. All camping guests must keep the environment and site clean, do not damage flowers, plants, and trees, and must follow and leave no trace. There are no trash cans on the site, and garbage must be taken away by yourself. Dragon. Home will provide each group of guests with a garbage bag, and there are garbage stations nearby.
6. Each camper will be allocated about 200 feet of grass space (about 100 feet for each person in day camps). The staff will divide the locations with flying saucers. Sufficient distance will be reserved between different campers. Participants must pay attention to what they bring Check whether the equipment (including the wind rope) will occupy too much space, so as not to exceed the indicated usable range. Please do not move the position of the flying saucer without authorization. If all equipment exceeds the range of the flying saucer, even if it is less than 200 feet, Long. Home reserves the right to charge based on 200 feet.
7. The camping experience check-in time is 14:00-17:30 every day. Campers are not allowed to enter or exit the site from 18:00 to 10:00 the next morning. If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency and need to leave, you will not be able to return to the camp. The campervan and camping house experience check-in time is 16:00-18:00 every day. The cleaning time of the campervan and camping house is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check in after 15:30. Housing Passengers must provide their ID card (or passport) and the campsite’s online booking confirmation for registration verification. If payment is not completed, the checkout must be done first when checking in.
8. Participants must leave the venue at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Overtime will be charged $100 per person per hour. Any less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
9. All facilities on site are private property of Dragon Home. If damaged by campers, the original price of the facilities must be compensated.
10. If the venue will be used by other friends and guests that day, the actual partition and space allocation will be arranged. Please follow the instructions. (Please be cooperative and courteous with each other, coordinate and share privately, and do not occupy the venue, which will make it difficult for the venue owner and become an unwelcome person. Friends, if the above actions require mediation by the venue owner, serious cases will be advised to leave the venue immediately!
11. All campers and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for and paid for in advance. If the number of campers and vehicles exceeds the number of applicants, Long. Home reserves the right not to add more campsites or parking spaces.
12. Vehicles must be parked in a designated location. When parking, they must drive slowly and park in the reserved location by the instructions of the staff. They must not leave before the scheduled departure time, and they must not drive on the grass at will. In the event of an accident or damage to the camp, the vehicle must be parked at a designated location. Any facilities within, all responsibility will be borne by the driver. The vehicle must be parked in a designated location. If you drive on the grass without permission, you will be charged $1,000.
13. Please keep an eye on the safety of the children accompanying you. If any accidents happen to children in the venue, Long. Home will not be held responsible.
14. Parents must discipline and supervise their children and must not affect other campers. If a complaint is received and the advice is ineffective, Long. home will ask the undisciplined person to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
15. Pets must wear collars and leashes and must not be allowed to move freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
16. Please take care of the safety of pets traveling with you and do not cause any inconvenience to other users. The litter must be cleaned up by oneself. If the litter owner is found to have deliberately failed to deal with the litter, Long.Home will charge HKD$500 as a cleaning fee. Lung.Home will not assume any responsibility if any accidents occur to pets in the venue.
17. The ingredients cannot enter the camping vehicle and camping house. If you find that you enter the camping car and camping house, you will charge $ 1000 cleaning costs.
18. If firewood is lit on grass, a fire table and fireproof mat must be used. If the lawn is damaged for any reason, Long.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
19. If you need to smoke, please do it outdoors. I believe campers do not want to inhale second-hand smoke. Please pay attention to cigarette butts and ashes, and do not throw away garbage and cigarette butts randomly.
20. Any mosquito coils and mosquito repellent products must have a bottom support. Mosquito cigarette ashes should not be dropped on the ground, and the use of sulfur is strictly prohibited.
21. After 10:00 pm, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:
a. Since there are residential areas outside the venue, please keep quiet after 10pm and do not disturb the quiet life of the residential areas.
b. It is not recommended to play excessively loud music and karaoke activities/play mahjong games/outdoor projectors/make loud noises/gambling activities, etc./Do not trespass and trample on the area outside the venue/Do not pick all plants and branches indiscriminately. and crops/ Do not feed animals in or outside the farm area indiscriminately.
c. Even if everyone celebrates the day, it is necessary to balance the daily routine of residents.
d. If a complaint is received and the advice is ineffective, Long.Home will ask the undisciplined person to leave immediately without any refund.

The use of loudspeakers, kites, bicycles, scooters, aerial cameras, etc. and all ball games is prohibited.
23. Rented camping equipment must be set up, cleaned and packed in the original packaging by yourself, and then returned to Long.Home in good condition. If there is any loss or damage, compensation will be made according to the price or the deposit will be deducted.
24. [Important] Food waste treatment must follow the methods we provide to ensure that villagers’ septic tanks are not overloaded.
a. The venue provides simple restroom facilities, but friends please be disciplined to keep them clean (the venue will not have staff to provide cleaning services).
b. The water supply wash basin provides water for cleaning, but please keep the water flowing smoothly. If there is blockage, staff will not be able to deal with it immediately, and all service fees incurred for clearing the channel will also be charged to the deposit. deduct
(Don’t hoard, the entire deposit will be deducted once the venue owner handles it).
c. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at the designated time. If you need to delay entering the camp or leave the camp early, you must inform the camp staff in advance.
25. Cooking is strictly prohibited in the campervan.
26. You are not allowed to enter the office area, storage room and kitchen without permission.
27. Keep your personal belongings safe and you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
28. Long.Home reserves the right to make all changes to venue arrangements, including cancellation of reservations and facility rentals.

*If there is a violation of the rules of the camp or other illegal or deviant behavior, the camp staff has the absolute right to decide all handling matters, and the fees paid will not be refunded, and they will be immediately blacklisted without objection*

Adverse weather and camp schedule change guidelines

〖Severe Weather Guidance〗
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal No. 3 or above before 12:00PM on the day of entry, the camp date can be changed once for free. Guests must provide a new camp period within seven days from the original camp date, and the new camp period is within 60 days of the old camp period. Guests can also choose not to reschedule, and Long.Home will refund 80% of the camp fee.

〖Guidelines for changing camp period〗

If the camp is canceled for any reason (except under severe weather conditions), it will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment of the camp period and no refund/change of the camp period will be granted.
If you need to change the camp period, you must make a request 14 days before the camp period. Long.Home will charge 20% of the total amount (including parking lot fees and rental project fees) as a handling fee. Guests must change the camp period seven days from the original day of camp. A new camp period will be provided within 60 days of the old camp period. If the amount is reduced, the difference cannot be refunded.

In case of any dispute, Long.Home will reserve the right to make the final decision.

Lung. Home covers an area of approximately 35,000 square feet
The campsite is located in Ting Kok, Tai Po. It takes about five minutes to drive to Tai Mei Tuk and Lung Mei Beach.
Guests can bring their own tents, or rent camping packages from the campsite, providing a one-stop service for families/couples/friends who do not have camping equipment and want to experience camping.
Private venues or group rentals are welcome, and services include – leadership training, archery, bubble football, camping, parties, venue rental, social gatherings, photography venues, aerial photography venues, festival celebrations and corporate events, etc.
Each person have about 200 feet. The camp will divide the size of the campsite according to the number of people.
