【Yuen Long 2026 Newly Renovated Campsite】 Luxury 4-Person Camper Van (Parking available, near eco-park)

•  Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellation procedures will be handled according to the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements for that experience. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• A deposit of $800 is required upon booking (only PayMe/FPS transfers accepted).

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day. If other times are needed, please notify in advance.
• As it is in a suburban area, please take mosquito prevention measures. Mosquito coils and repellent are available for purchase at the camp, or guests may bring their own.
• The camp does not accept unaccompanied guests under 16 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. If necessary, the camp may require guests to present identification to verify.

Campground Precautions
・Please bring personal toiletries upon check-in: e.g., slippers, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, razor, camping light.
・For public and personal safety, cooking inside campervans, yurts, or forest cabins is prohibited. If discovered, $300 will be deducted from the deposit. Please fully comply.
・High-power electrical appliances are not allowed inside vehicles.
・Guests must properly clean rented kitchenware; otherwise, the camp reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee.
・Please do not bring prohibited items, flammable or explosive items (such as firecrackers), or other dangerous items into the camp. 
・Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pet's waste; pets must be supervised in guest activity areas.
・Please respect other guests and staff at the camp, use civilized language, and refrain from any dangerous or destructive behavior.
・Smoking is prohibited inside campervans, yurts, and forest cabins.
・Please always watch accompanying children and do not leave children alone inside campervans.
・Please do not take away camp facilities or items. Guests are responsible for compensation in case of damage.
・Garbage bins are placed throughout the park. To maintain cleanliness, please do not litter randomly.
・Before leaving the camp, guests must return bedsheets to their original place, restore sofas and any altered beds; if any damage is found to campervans/yurts/forest cabins (including bedsheets), cleaning/repair fees will be deducted from the deposit.
・When leaving the camp, please lock the vehicle doors and properly safeguard valuables.
・Echoes are louder in suburban areas. To protect the natural environment and each guest's rest time, from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM, please do not make loud noises, play music, or play mahjong. If complaints from other guests are received, camp staff reserve the right to ask you to leave the camp. We hope guests will self-regulate.


Bad Weather Arrangements:
- If Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued within two hours before the check-in day, check-in arrangements for the relevant vehicles will proceed as normal. 
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red Rainstorm Warning, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within two hours before the check-in day, all activities will be canceled. Customers may reschedule to another date of equal value within 60 days, but must contact the registry within 7 days to change the check-in date.
