Terms & Rules

As the venue is an outdoor environment, guests must protect themselves and prepare mosquito and insect repellent measures!!

Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming their booking. Once the booking is successful, it will be deemed that they have clearly read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

1. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Pet campervan, camping house experience, and camping packages all welcome pets weighing 20kg or below, with a gentle temperament and free of illness. Each campervan can accommodate a maximum of 2 pets. Each pet is charged $100. If you wish to bring pets into the campsite, you must apply in advance.
3. Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pets' waste. If a pet owner is found intentionally not cleaning up, Lunghome will charge HKD$500 as a cleaning fee. If any accident involving a pet occurs within the venue, Lunghome will not bear any responsibility.
4. If guests' pets are active within the guests' activity area, they must wear a collar and leash. They must not be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
5. Pets may sleep on the floor of tents and campervans. Owners must bring their own pet sleeping mats.
6. Owners please exercise self-discipline. Do not let pets relieve themselves anywhere or dirty the tents and campervans, or dig holes in our grassland. Pets must relieve themselves in outdoor areas, and owners must clean up thoroughly.
7. As this campsite is located in the rural areas of the New Territories, guests please prepare their own personal medication. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking indoors, eating durian, cooking food (except in the camping house), and lighting mosquito coils. If found, the full deposit will be deducted to cover repair costs, and additional compensation may be required. The guest may also be disqualified from renting rooms in the future.
8. To provide a peaceful environment for enjoying nature, we will ensure every guest enjoys adequate space. For campervan experience bookings, the maximum number of people for that package cannot be exceeded. Additional persons will be charged under the camping experience package. Please take note.
9. When checking in, guests please bring their own personal toiletries: e.g. slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, body wash🧴, shampoo, shaver, camping lantern, etc. The storage-type water heater in the campervan bathroom provides hot water for approximately 5-6 minutes, with a preheating time of approximately 20 minutes.🛀🛀
10. Within the campsite area, campers must exercise self-discipline, dress properly, and not be naked.
11. The campsite environment adopts natural ecological management, with rural flavours (field scents) and village customs (firecrackers set off during festivals). It is also unavoidable that snakes, insects, rats, ants, and other insects, as well as cats and dogs, may appear. Guests please prepare their own mosquito repellent, mosquito patches, etc. If you are very bothered by this, please think twice.
12. Each camping participant will be allocated approximately 200 sq ft of grassland space (approximately 100 sq ft per person for day camping). Staff will mark positions with frisbees, and sufficient spacing will be reserved between different campers. Participants must note whether their equipment (including guy lines) takes up too much space, to avoid exceeding the stated usable area. Please do not move the frisbee markers without authorisation. If any equipment exceeds the frisbee boundary, even if less than 200 sq ft, Lunghome reserves the right to charge based on 200 sq ft.
13. Check-in time for the camping house experience and camping experience is 14:30-17:30 daily. Participants cannot enter or leave the venue between 18:00 and 10:00 the next morning. If feeling unwell or having an urgent matter requiring departure, they will not be able to return to the campsite. Check-in time for the campervan experience is 16:00-18:00 daily. Campervan cleaning🧹 time is 12:00-16:00. Guests may complete check-in registration after 15:30. Overnight guests must provide their own identity card (or passport) and the campsite's online booking confirmation for verification and registration. Those who have not completed payment must settle the bill upon check-in.
14. Participants must leave the venue by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Overtime will be charged at $100 per person per hour, with any part of an hour counted as one full hour.
15. All facilities within the venue are the private property of Lunghome. If damaged by participants, compensation at original cost is required.
16. If other guests will be using the venue on the same day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged. Please follow instructions. (Please be considerate and accommodating to each other, coordinate and share privately, do not hog space, do not make things difficult for the owner or become an unwelcome guest. If the owner needs to mediate in such situations, serious cases will be asked to leave immediately!)
17. All participants and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for in advance and fully paid. If the number of participants and vehicles exceeds the applied number, Lunghome reserves the right not to increase campsite spaces or parking spaces.
18. Vehicles must be parked in designated locations. When parking, drivers must follow staff instructions, drive slowly, and park in reserved spaces. Vehicles cannot leave before the scheduled departure time, nor can they be driven arbitrarily on the grassland. If accidents occur or any facilities within the campsite are damaged, all responsibility shall be borne by the driver. Vehicles must be parked in designated locations. Driving onto the grassland without approval will incur a $1000 compensation fee.
19. Please supervise the safety of accompanying children. If any accident involving children occurs within the venue, Lunghome will not bear any responsibility.
20. Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children, and must not affect other participants. If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Lunghome will ask undisciplined individuals to leave immediately, with no refund.
21. If lighting a wood fire on the grassland, a fire pit and fireproof mat must be used. If grassland damage is caused for any reason, Lunghome will charge HK$500 per square foot.
22. If there is a need to smoke, please do so outdoors. We believe campers also do not wish to breathe second-hand smoke. Please also be mindful of cigarette butts and ash. Do not litter or discard cigarette butts indiscriminately.
23. Please do not bring prohibited items, flammable and explosive materials (such as firecrackers and fireworks), or other dangerous items into the campsite.
24. Please do not light birthday candles on beds, to avoid causing a fire and resulting in public and personal danger or compensation for losses.
25. Any mosquito coils and mosquito/insect repellent products must have a base support. Mosquito coil ash must not be scattered on the ground. The use of sulphur is strictly prohibited.
26. After 10:00 pm, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:

• As there are residential homes near the venue, please start keeping quiet after 10:00 pm and do not disturb the peaceful daily life of residents.
• Playing loud music and karaoke activities / mahjong games / outdoor projectors / loud shouting / gambling activities, etc. are not recommended / Do not trespass or trample on areas outside the venue / Do not pick plants, branches, or crops indiscriminately / Do not feed animals inside or outside the venue indiscriminately.
• Even on festive occasions, residents' daily routines must be balanced.
• If complaints are received and advice is ineffective, Lunghome will ask undisciplined individuals to leave immediately, with no refund.

27. For rented camping equipment, guests must set it up themselves, clean it, pack it back into its original packaging, and return it to Lunghome in good condition. If anything is lost or damaged, compensation at cost or deduction from the deposit will be required.
28. [Important] Food waste disposal must strictly follow the method we provide, to ensure the village septic tank is not overloaded.
    The venue provides simple toilet facilities. However, friends please exercise self-discipline and keep them clean, to avoid affecting other campers' use (the venue will not have staff providing immediate cleaning services).
    b. The water supply sink provides water for cleaning purposes. Please keep drainage flowing smoothly. If blocked, staff [will not be able to] handle it immediately, to avoid affecting other campers' use.
    c. Campers must arrive at and leave the campsite at designated times. If delayed check-in or early departure is needed, the campsite staff must be notified in advance.
29. Cooking is strictly prohibited inside campervans. High-voltage electrical appliances such as induction cookers cannot be used at the campsite.
30. Do not enter the office area or storage room without authorisation.
31. Keep personal belongings safe. If lost or damaged, guests are responsible themselves.
32. Please respect other guests and staff within the campsite. Use civil language, do not engage in any dangerous or destructive behaviour, and do not pick plants or fruit trees in the garden indiscriminately.
33. Lunghome reserves the right to make all changes regarding venue arrangements, including cancelling bookings and facility rentals.

*If there is any violation of the campsite rules or other illegal or improper behaviour, campsite staff have absolute authority to decide all handling matters. All fees paid will not be refunded, and the person will immediately be blacklisted, with no right to dispute.*
