Terms andConditions

Due to the outdoor nature of the venue Guests must protect themselves and prepare mosquito and insect repellent measures!!

Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming the booking. Once the booking is successful, it will be deemed that they have fully read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

  1. All paid fees are non-refundable and cannot be changed in purpose.
  2. If booking a camping experience (i.e., bringing your own tent to camp), you can book to bring pets into the camp. If booking a campervan experience or glamping pod experience, pets are not allowed to enter the camp.
  3. To provide a tranquil environment to enjoy nature, we will ensure that each guest enjoys appropriate space. For campervan or glamping pod experiences, the number of people cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the item. Campers are not allowed to invite outsiders without authorization. If the number exceeds, all must notify the on-duty staff, and an additional fee of $100 per person will be charged. Due to insurance reasons, such persons must leave the campsite by 11:00 PM and are not allowed to stay overnight. Each camp can exceed by a maximum of only 2 people. If exceeding 2 people, the remaining number will be charged as a camping experience. Please pay attention.
  4. Upon entering the camp, please bring your own personal toiletries: for example, slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, shower gel🧴, shampoo, razor, camping light, etc. The storage water heater in the campervan bathroom supplies hot water for about 10 minutes, with a preheating time of about 30 minutes. 🛀🛀
  5. Within the campsite area, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and not be nude.
  6. All camping guests must maintain environmental and venue hygiene, do not damage flowers, plants, or trees, must follow the leave no trace principle. There are no trash bins on site; trash must be taken away by yourself. Dragon.Home will provide one trash bag per group of guests, and there is a nearby garbage station.
  7. Each camping entrant will be allocated approximately 200 sq ft of grass space (day camping about 100 sq ft per person). Staff will mark positions with frisbees, leaving sufficient spacing between different campers. Participants must pay attention to whether the equipment brought (including guy ropes) occupies too much space to avoid exceeding the specified usable area. Do not move the frisbee positions without authorization. If any equipment exceeds the frisbee range, even if less than 200 sq ft, Dragon.Home reserves the right to charge based on 200 sq ft.
  8. The check-in time for camping experience is daily 14:30-17:30. Entrants cannot enter or exit the venue from 18:00 to 10:00 the next morning. If feeling unwell or having urgent matters requiring departure, they will not be able to return to the camp. The check-in time for campervan and glamping pod experiences is daily 16:00-18:00. Cleaning time for campervans and glamping pods🧹 is 12:00-16:00. Guests can handle check-in registration after 15:30. Staying guests must provide their ID card (or passport) and the campsite's online booking confirmation for verification and registration. Those who have not completed payment must settle the bill first upon check-in.
  9. Entrants must leave the venue by 12:00 noon on the departure day. Overtime will be charged $100 per person per hour, and less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
  10. All facilities in the venue are private property of Dragon.Home. If damaged by entrants, compensation at original price is required.
  11. As the venue may be used by other friends and guests on the day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged accordingly. Please follow the instructions (please help each other and be courteous, coordinate sharing privately, do not occupy dominantly, making it difficult for the host and becoming unpopular friends. If the host needs to mediate such actions, severe cases will be advised to leave immediately!)
  12. All entrants and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for in advance and payment completed. If the number of entrants and vehicles exceeds the applied number, Dragon.Home reserves the right not to add camping spots or parking spaces.
  13. Vehicles must be parked in designated positions. When parking, follow staff instructions to drive slowly and park in reserved positions. Cannot leave before the scheduled departure time, nor drive arbitrarily on the grass. If an accident occurs or any facilities in the camp are damaged, all responsibility lies with the driver. Vehicles must be parked in designated positions; unauthorized driving onto the grass without approval requires a fine of $1000.
  14. Please supervise the safety of accompanying children. If any accident occurs to children in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
  15. Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children well, without affecting other entrants. If complaints are received and admonition is ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.
  16. Pets must wear collars and leashes, and cannot be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
  17. Please supervise the safety of accompanying pets to avoid inconvenience to other users. Pet feces must be cleaned up by yourself. If the pet owner is found deliberately not handling it, Dragon.Home will charge HKD$500 as cleaning fee. If any accident occurs to pets in the venue, Dragon.Home will not bear any responsibility.
  18. Pets are not allowed to enter campervans and glamping pods. If found entering campervans and glamping pods, a $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
  19. If lighting a fire on the grass, an incinerator and fireproof mat must be used. Regardless of any reason causing damage to the grass, Dragon.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
  20. If there is a need to smoke, please do so outdoors. Believe that campers do not want to inhale second-hand smoke, and please pay attention to cigarette butts and ashes, do not discard trash and cigarette butts randomly.
  21. Any mosquito coils and insect repellent products must have a base support. Mosquito coil ashes should not be scattered on the ground randomly, and the use of sulfur is strictly prohibited.
  22. After 10:00 PM, all campers must maintain quiet to avoid disturbing others:
  • Due to nearby residential areas outside the site, please maintain quiet after 10:00 PM at night to not disturb the quiet life of residents.
  • Do not engage in loud music playback, karaoke activities / mahjong games / outdoor projectors / loud shouting / gambling activities, etc. / Do not trespass and trample areas outside the site / Do not randomly pick plants, branches, and crops / Do not randomly feed animals inside and outside the site.
  • Even on festive days, balance with residents' daily life routines.
  • If complaints are received and admonition is ineffective, Dragon.Home will ask undisciplined persons to leave immediately, without any refund.
  1. Prohibited use of amplifiers, kites, bicycles, scooters, drones, and all ball activities.
  2. Rented camping equipment must be set up, cleaned, and packed back into original packaging by yourself, and returned intact to Dragon.Home. If any loss or damage occurs, compensation at price or deduction from deposit is required.
  3. [Important] Kitchen waste handling must strictly follow the method we provide to ensure the villagers' septic tank is not overloaded.
    The site provides simple toilet facilities, but friends please be self-disciplined to keep clean and avoid affecting other campers' use (the site will not have staff providing immediate cleaning services).
    b. The water supply sink provides water source for cleaning, but please keep the drainage smooth. If clogged, [there will not be] staff to handle immediately, to avoid affecting other campers' use.
    c. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at the specified time. If needing to delay check-in or leave early, must notify the campsite staff in advance.
  4. Cooking is strictly prohibited inside the campervan, and high-power appliances such as induction cookers are not allowed.
  5. Do not enter the office area, storage room, and kitchen without authorization.
  6. Keep personal belongings safe; if lost or damaged, you are responsible yourself.
  7. Dragon.Home reserves all rights to change venue arrangements, including canceling bookings and facility rentals.



*If violating these campsite rules or engaging in illegal or improper behavior, campsite staff have absolute power to decide all handling matters. Paid fees will not be refunded, and they will be immediately added to the blacklist, no objections allowed*

 


Bad Weather and Camping Period Change Guidelines


〖Bad Weather Guidelines〗
If the Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning, or typhoon signal No. 3 or above before 12:00 PM on the entry day, you can change the camping period once for free. Guests must provide a new camping period within seven days from the original entry day, and the new period must be within 60 days of the old period.

 〖Camping Period Change Guidelines〗
If canceling entry for any reason (except under bad weather guidelines), it will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of the period, and no refund/change of period will be given. To change the period, it must be requested 14 days before the entry period. Dragon.Home will charge 20% of the total amount (including parking fees and rental item fees) as handling fee. Guests must provide a new camping period within seven days from the original entry day, and the new period must be within 60 days of the old period. If the amount decreases, the difference cannot be refunded.

If any disputes arise, Dragon.Home reserves the final decision right.

Nearby attractions are abundant, making it a great holiday spot for couples dating / family parent-child activities.
  • Welcome reservations for groups / exclusive events / weddings / birthday parties
  • The campsite is equipped with snack vending machines, restrooms, hot and cold water shower rooms, and laundry areas to provide a premium experience
  • The campsite is adjacent to several hiking trails, including Tai Mei Tuk Family Trail, Tai Po Tau Nature Education Trail, etc.
    The campsite is also located near the stunning sunset check-in spot Long Wei Beach, where campers can walk to enjoy the sunset scenery
  • The campsite is divided into tent camping (pitching tents) car camping area, 4-person luxury glamping RV area, and a camping house area that can accommodate 7 people, to meet all needs.

  • Pet RVs welcome any pets weighing 20kg or less, with gentle temperament and no diseases. Each vehicle can accommodate up to 2 pets. Each pet costs $100. If you wish to bring pets into the camp, you must apply in advance.
  • Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pets' excrement.
  • If guests' pets are active in the guest activity areas, they must wear a collar and leash, and cannot be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
  • Pets can sleep on the floor of tents and RVs; owners must provide their own pet sleeping mats.
  • Owners please be self-disciplined; do not allow pets to defecate anywhere and dirty the tents and RVs, or dig holes in our grasslands. Pets must defecate in outdoor areas, and owners must clean up thoroughly.
