Due to the outdoor environment of the venue, guests must protect themselves and prepare anti-mosquito and insect repellent measures!!

Participants must carefully read the venue rules before confirming the booking. Once the reservation is successful, it will be deemed that they have clearly read and agreed to the relevant venue rules.

1. All paid fees are non-refundable or transferable to other uses.
2. Pet camper vans, camping cabin experiences, and tent camping activities welcome any pets weighing 20 kg or less, with a gentle temperament and no diseases. Maximum of 2 pets per vehicle. Each pet is charged $100. If you wish to bring pets, you must apply in advance.
3. Guests bringing pets must proactively clean up their pets' excrement. If a pet owner is found deliberately neglecting to clean up, Long.Home will charge HKD$500 as a cleaning fee. If any accident occurs with the pet on site, Long.Home will not bear any responsibility.
4. Pets of guests must wear a collar and leash when in guest activity areas and must not be allowed to roam freely to avoid conflicts with other animals or getting lost.
5. Pets can sleep on the floor of tents and camper vans, and owners must provide their own pet sleeping mats.
6. Owners please be self-disciplined; do not allow pets to defecate anywhere, dirty the tents and camper vans inside, or dig holes in our grassland. Pets must defecate in outdoor areas, and owners must clean up thoroughly.
7. As this campsite is located in the suburban area of the New Territories, guests please prepare their own personal medications. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking indoors, eating durian, cooking food (except in camping cabins), or lighting mosquito coils. If found, the deposit will be fully deducted to cover repair costs, and additional compensation may be required. Offenders will also be disqualified from future bookings.
8. To provide a tranquil environment to enjoy nature, we ensure every guest has appropriate space. Bookings for camper van experiences cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that item. Additional persons will be charged under the camping experience rate. Please take note.
9. Upon check-in, guests must bring their own personal toiletries: such as slippers, towels, toothbrush🪥, toothpaste, body wash🧴, shampoo, razor, camping light, etc. The storage water heater in the camper van bathroom takes about 5-6 minutes to supply hot water and about 20 minutes to preheat. 🛀🛀
10. Within the campsite, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and not be nude.
11. The campsite environment adopts natural ecological management with rural flavors (field smells), local customs (firecrackers during festivals), and insects like snakes, bugs, rats, ants, cats, and dogs may appear. Guests please prepare mosquito repellent, patches, etc. If very sensitive, please think twice.
12. Each camping participant will be allocated about 200 sq ft of grassland space (day camping about 100 sq ft per person). Staff will mark positions with frisbees, leaving sufficient spacing between different campers. Participants must ensure their equipment (including guy ropes) does not exceed the designated usable area. Do not move the frisbee positions without authorization. If equipment exceeds the frisbee boundary, even if less than 200 sq ft, Long.Home reserves the right to charge based on 200 sq ft.
13. Check-in time for camping cabin and camping experiences is daily 14:30-17:30. Participants cannot enter or exit the venue from 18:00 to the next morning at 10:00. If feeling unwell or having urgent matters requiring departure, re-entry will not be allowed. Camper van experience check-in is daily 16:00-18:00. Camper van cleaning🧹 time is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check in from 15:30 onwards. Guests must provide their own ID (or passport) and online booking confirmation for verification. Those who have not completed payment must settle the bill upon check-in.
14. Participants must leave the venue by 12:00 noon on the departure day. Overstay will be charged $100 per person per hour, with less than one hour counted as one hour.
15. All facilities on site are private property of Long.Home. If damaged by participants, full compensation at original price is required.
16. As the venue may be shared with other guests on the day, actual zoning and space allocation will be arranged. Please follow instructions (please assist each other politely, coordinate sharing privately, do not occupy exclusively, which would trouble the host and make you unwelcome. If the host needs to mediate serious cases, offenders will be advised to leave immediately!)
17. All participants and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for and paid in advance. If the number of participants and vehicles exceeds the application, Long.Home reserves the right not to add camping spots or parking spaces.
18. Vehicles must park in designated areas, drive slowly and park as instructed by staff in reserved spots. Cannot leave before scheduled departure time, nor drive arbitrarily on the grass. If any accident or damage to facilities occurs, the driver is fully responsible. Unauthorized driving on grass requires a $1000 fine.
19. Please supervise the safety of accompanying children. If any accident occurs with children on site, Long.Home will not bear any responsibility.
20. Parents must discipline and supervise accompanying children without disturbing other campers. If complaints are received and warnings are ineffective, Long.Home will require undisciplined persons to leave immediately without refund.
21. If lighting firewood on the grass, must use a fire pit and fire mat. If grass is damaged for any reason, Long.Home will charge HK$500 per square foot.
22. If smoking is necessary, please do so outdoors. Campers do not wish to inhale second-hand smoke, and please do not litter cigarette butts or ash.
23. Do not bring prohibited items, flammable or explosive items (such as firecrackers and fireworks), or other dangerous items into the campsite.
24. Do not light birthday candles on beds to avoid fire hazards leading to public and personal danger or compensation claims.
25. All mosquito coils and insect repellents must have a base support. Do not let mosquito coil ash fall randomly on the ground, and sulfur is strictly prohibited.
26. After 10:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:

• Due to nearby residences outside the venue, please keep quiet after 10:00 PM to not disturb residents' peaceful life.
• Do not play loud music, karaoke, mahjong, outdoor projectors, shouting, gambling, etc. / Do not trespass or trample areas outside the venue / Do not pick plants, branches, crops randomly / Do not feed animals inside or outside the venue randomly.
• Even on festive days, balance with residents' daily routines.
• If complaints are received and warnings ineffective, Long.Home will require undisciplined persons to leave immediately without refund.

27. Rented camping equipment must be set up, cleaned, packed back into original packaging, and returned intact to Long.Home. Any loss or damage requires compensation at price or deduction from deposit.
28. 【Important】 Kitchen waste disposal must follow our provided method to avoid overloading villagers' septic tanks.
    The venue provides simple toilet facilities, but please keep clean to avoid affecting other campers (no staff for immediate cleaning).
    b. Water supply sinks are for washing; please keep drains clear. If clogged, [no immediate] staff handling, to avoid affecting others.
    c. Campers must arrive and depart at designated times. For delays in arrival or early departure, notify staff in advance.
29. Cooking is strictly prohibited inside camper vans. High-power appliances like induction cookers are not allowed in the campsite.
30. Do not enter office areas or storage rooms without authorization.
31. Safeguard personal belongings; any loss or damage is your own responsibility.
32. Please respect other guests and staff in the campsite, use civilized language, do not engage in dangerous or destructive behavior, and do not pick plants or fruit trees in the garden.
33. Long.Home reserves the right to all venue arrangement changes, including cancellations of bookings and facility rentals.

*If any violation of campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior occurs, campsite staff have absolute power to decide handling. Paid fees will not be refunded, and offenders will be immediately blacklisted, no objections allowed.*
