Terms and conditions

Precautions for camp reservation

1. All camp places must be reserved in advance. Reservations on the day of the event/walk-ins are not accepted
2. The time of entering the camp is 2:00 p.m. and the time of leaving the camp is 12:00 am.（for day camp experience）. A surcharge of $200 will be charged for late check-out.
3. All camping reservations must be paid for in advance in order to be confirmed
4. All payment procedures must be paid in electronic currency
5. There is no staff on duty in the camp from 6 pm to 9 am on the next day. Campers must pay attention to safety.
6. Change of dates：

• You can change the date for free at least 7 days before the selected entry date
• If you want to change the effective date of the entry date, you need to change it within 3 months of the original date and make an appointment. If you fail to make an appointment within the time limit, your changing right will be given up.
• If customers change the original entry date during peak periods to a new date during non-peak periods, the difference in prices will not be refunded.
• If customers change the original entry date during non-peak periods to a new date during peak periods, the difference in prices will have to be paid in advance.

If the customer meets the above conditions and determines to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood by text on WhatsApp within the office hours of the specified date for arrangement. Holimood will charge the guest a handling fee of $100 when the customer is approved to change or cancel. All changes will be most accurate based on the email. Late notification will be deemed as regular check-in on schedule. Holimood reserves the right to a final decision in case of any dispute.

Disclaimers

1. All outdoor camping activities have certain risks. Please assess the weather / environmental experience and ability/equipment of the day before use, and be responsible for yourself and others when carrying out outdoor activities.
2. When carrying out camp activities at the observation deck, be sure to pay attention to the safety of self and others, especially the elderly and children. If any camp members are involved in injuries or death during activities due to personal negligence, the camp shall not be responsible.
3. Please abide by the laws of Hong Kong when conducting camp activities. If any loss is caused to the camp due to incorrect and illegal use of equipment and facilities, we will reserve all rights to recover the losses.
4. The facilities inside the camp are potentially hazardous, such as the fish pond side and the observation deck. The campers should pay attention to personal safety measures and take all safety measures to ensure personal safety. Any accident caused is the responsibility of the campers or the relevant application organization.
5. The payment of the camp fee by the guest will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
6. The above terms and prices are subject to the Chinese version. The venue has the absolute right to make reasonable changes and updates at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, Holimood and the camp reserve the final decision.

Precautions for camp reservation

3. Campers must enter the camp before 5:30 pm on the day of entering the camp. If they enter the camp beyond the above time without prior notice to the camp staff, the camp has the right not to accept them.
4. If individual campers need to enter the camp early or late, they must notify the camp staff in advance to make arrangements and will charge an additional service fee of HK $300.
5. There is no staff on duty in the camp from 7 pm to 9 am on the next day. Campers must pay attention to safety.

Bad weather arrangements

1. If the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above or the black rainstorm warning signal is still in effect at 12 noon, the camp staff can cancel the camp position on that day according to the forecast of the observatory or the local rain situation on that day, and the reservation date can be rescheduled. No refund is allowed.
2. For safety and operation reasons, after the tropical cyclone warning No. 3 is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, all campers are required to leave the camp as soon as possible under safe conditions.
3. If the observatory issues a rainstorm warning signal on the day of entering the camp, please call the camp staff before entering the camp to enquire about the camp arrangement.

Facilities and equipment

1. If guests need to rent camping equipment and other materials, they must make an appointment three days before entering the camp. The camp will not accept applications on the same day or without an appointment.
2. The camp is equipped with public bathrooms, offering hot and cold water.
3. If the facilities and equipment used by campers are lost or damaged, they shall be compensated according to the price.
4. The camp must be kept clean. Do not cut down or pick flowers and trees.
5. Do not move the furniture or equipment in the camp or activity room without permission.
6. It is not allowed to hang flags everywhere, put up posters and leaflets, or use camp power without permission.
7. Without permission, facilities for activities shall not be hung anywhere. Drinking water shall not be taken for activities or games.

Injuries and accidents

1. In case of any accident, please inform the camp staff or security guard immediately to help resolve it.
2. The camp takes all security measures to ensure the safety of the campers. In the event of any accident, it will be the responsibility of the camper or the relevant applicant organization.

Accommodation：

1. Campers are not allowed to entertain outsiders. Visitors can stay in the camp only with the permission of the camp staff. Violators will be fined HK $1500 and the camp will reserve the right of investigation.
2. After 11 p.m., all campers must keep quiet so as not to disturb others.
3. Guests are required to bring their own camping supplies. The camping fee does not include renting camping supplies.
4. Campers are required to bring their own personal cleaning and hygiene products.

Other codes of conduct：

1. Campers must arrive and leave the camp at a specified time. If you need to delay entering or leaving the camp early, you must notify the staff of the camp in advance.
2. Within the area of the camp, campers must exercise self-discipline, and dress neatly and properly.
3. Do not enter the office area, storeroom, and kitchen without authorization.
4. No video recording or interview activities shall be carried out without permission.
5. Smoking, gambling, excessive drinking, or any violation of the laws of Hong Kong are strictly prohibited in the camp.
6. If there is a violation of the rules of the camp or other illegal or deviant acts, the camp staff shall have the right to terminate the camp period at any time and the fees paid shall not be refunded.
7. Campers are required to take care of their personal belongings, and the applicant will be responsible for any loss.
8. If there is any emergency to contact the staff of this camp, please contact staff of this camp.

Usage instructions

• Holimood confirmation email is required when participating in the event.
• The activity is only applicable to the confirmed booking date and time. It will expire after the expiration date.
• All camp seats must be booked in advance, same-day / walk-in applications will not be accepted.
