Terms and Conditions
Camp Rules:

• Campers must not invite outsiders without authorization; visitors must obtain permission from camp staff to stay in the camp.
• Do not create noise or disturbance in the camp. (If admonition is ineffective, staff reserve the right to request violators to leave the camp immediately, without any compensation or refund.)
• The camp is equipped with toilets and washbasins with tap water provided. Do not pour kitchen waste directly into the washbasins (please use a strainer) and put kitchen waste into garbage bags.
• Everyone must be self-disciplined and maintain cleanliness.
• Campers must bring their own personal hygiene and sanitation items.
• Take your own garbage away. Everyone must be self-disciplined and keep the camp clean. [All large garbage must be properly packed and taken away from the camp, and disposed of at the designated collection point at the reception area.]
• Please bring your own camping gear.
• Each tent (including marquees, if applicable) may use no more than the specified area.
• Each campsite can set up one tent and accommodate no more than six campers (additional fee required for extra two persons), with all camping equipment occupying no more than 500 sq ft.
• The camping site will be designated on-site by camp staff.
• The camp permits the use of stoves for cooking, but they must be used with protective measures. (In case of damage, compensation of $5000 is required.)
• Check-in time: 3:30 PM
  Check-out time: 1:30 PM

Facilities and Equipment:

• Facilities and equipment used by campers, if lost or damaged, must be compensated at full price.
• Must keep the camp clean, and must not cut down or pick flowers, plants, or trees.
• Without permission, do not move furniture/equipment in the dormitories and activity rooms arbitrarily.
• Without permission, do not hang flags anywhere, post posters or flyers, or use the camp's power supply without authorization.
• Without permission, do not hang activity facilities anywhere, or take water arbitrarily for activities/games.
• Please take care of public property, especially the camp's water art installations. If damaged, must compensate at full price.
• The camp allows bringing your own stoves for cooking (do not damage the ground).

Pet Rules:

• Area B prohibits bringing any pets.

Transportation:

• Campers' vehicles are not allowed to enter or park within the camp premises without permission.
• For those driving to the camp, only pre-booked valet parking service is accepted, requiring a 1-minute walk from the reception to the camping site.

Injuries and Accidents:

• If any accident occurs, please immediately notify camp staff or security for assistance.
• The camp provides basic first aid supplies; campers in need can inquire with camp staff.
• The camp will take all safety measures to ensure campers' safety. However, in case of any accidents, the organizing group is solely responsible.

Other Rules:

• Campers must arrive and leave the camp at the specified times. If needing to delay check-in or leave early, must notify camp staff in advance.
• Check-in only accepts reservations (100% payment required).
• Within the camp premises, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and do not go nude.
• Do not enter the office area, storage rooms, or kitchen without authorization.
• Prohibit all open fire activities. (Except for cooking.)
• Prohibit the use of homemade cardboard ovens and barbecue forks.
• Strictly prohibit smoking, gambling, drunkenness, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws in the camp. Campers must not bring alcoholic beverages into the camp or light fires within the camp premises.
• If there is any violation of camp rules or other illegal or improper behavior, camp staff reserve the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and no refund of paid fees will be provided.
• Campers must safeguard their personal belongings; in case of loss, the organizing group is solely responsible.
• During the camping period, if unexpected events or typhoons occur, camp staff have absolute power to decide on all handling matters, without objection.
• In case of emergencies, contact the camp staff; you can contact the camp staff.
• Regarding specific requirements for campsites, the final decision is made by the service provider, without objection.

＊Camp Disclaimer:
Any person entering the camp must know that they need to safeguard their personal belongings and bear safety responsibilities. Any person must assess their physical condition and the risks of caring for accompanying persons themselves. In case of any accidents or loss of belongings, they must bear all responsibilities and handle them themselves, which has nothing to do with this camp.

Cancellation Policy

Change Booking

• Once the order is confirmed, the selected additional services and number of persons in the order cannot be reduced.
• Check-in/activity experience dates cannot be changed.

Cancel Booking

• Cancellation and refunds are not allowed.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision right.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If on the day of check-in, Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, the check-in arrangements for the relevant camp will proceed as usual.

2). If on the day of check-in, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Red Rainstorm, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, all activities will be canceled. Customers can arrange to change to another date of equivalent value within 90 days or arrange for a refund (refund will deduct 25% of the rental as handling fee), but must reply with the changed check-in date within 7 days.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision right.
