Terms and Conditions

  • Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
  • Room rates vary based on the number of guests. Please ensure to select the exact number of guests (including visitors) when booking.
  • If the host discovers that the number of people exceeds the number specified in the order at check-in or after check-in, check-in will be refused, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
  • A deposit of HK$200 is required upon check-in registration.
  • Check-in procedures must be completed by 09:00 PM at the latest.
  • Rooms do not provide free or paid late check-out.
  • At least 2 people must check in together at registration, otherwise check-in will be refused, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
  • The registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.
  • Pets (cats, dogs or any pets 15kg or below) are allowed, $200 per pet per day.

If the order is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The order registrant must send an email to [email protected] or notify via Whatsapp or other written notice during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3 or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning is issued, and ferries/transport services are operating as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 8 Northeast or Southeast Gale/Storm Signal, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the following arrangements will be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the accommodation arrangement will be rescheduled to an equivalent value check-in date, but must reply with the changed check-in date within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the earliest check-in time in the afternoon, the accommodation arrangement will continue as usual.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
