Terms and Conditions

**This unit has a maximum occupancy of 8 people (including guests)
***Check-in time can only be delayed, early check-in not accepted; check-out time can only be early, late check-out service not accepted

• Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• Room rates vary based on the number of guests. Please ensure to select the exact number of guests (including visitors) when booking.
• At check-in, at least 3 people must be present together and check in simultaneously, and must not exceed the number of guests. If the host discovers more people than stated in the order during or after check-in, entry will be denied, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be given. Please note.
• A deposit of HK$200 is required at check-in.
• Check-in procedures must be completed by 9:00 PM at the latest.
• No free or paid late check-out is provided for the room.
• The registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.
• Cats, dogs, or any pets (15kg or below) are allowed, $200 per pet per day.

Cancellation Policy

Change Booking
Check-in date cannot be changed

Cancel Booking
Three weeks before check-in:
• 50% refund of room rent
Less than three weeks before check-in:
• No refund of room rent

If the booking is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The booking registrant must send an email to [email protected] or notify via WhatsApp or other written means during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued on the check-in day, and the New Ferry/transport services are operating as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued on the check-in day, the following arrangements will apply:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the accommodation will be rescheduled to an equivalent value check-in date, which must be confirmed within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the afternoon earliest check-in time, the accommodation arrangements will proceed as normal.

In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel the reservation.
