Terms and Conditions

**This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including visitors)
***Check-in time can only be delayed, early check-in not accepted; check-out time can only be early, late check-out service not accepted

• Room rates vary based on the number of occupants. Please ensure to select the exact number of occupants (including visitors) when booking.
• If the host discovers at check-in or during the stay that the number of people exceeds the number stated in the order, entry will be denied, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
• Once booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and inclement weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and inclement weather arrangements first.
• HK$200 deposit required upon check-in registration.
• Check-in procedures must be completed by 09:00 PM at the latest.
• No free or paid late check-out provided for the room.
• At registration, at least 2 people must be present together and check in simultaneously, otherwise entry will be denied, order immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
• Registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.
• Can bring 1 small dog, $200 per dog per day.

Cancellation Policy

Change Booking
Check-in date cannot be changed

Cancel Booking
Three weeks before check-in time:
• 50% refund of room rent
Less than three weeks before check-in time:
• No refund of room rent

If the order is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The order registrant must send an email to [email protected] or notify via WhatsApp or other written notice during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

1) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3, or Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning is issued, and ferry/transport services are operating as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the following arrangements will be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the stay will be rescheduled to a check-in date of equivalent value, but the new date must be confirmed within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the earliest afternoon check-in time, the stay arrangements will proceed as usual.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel the reservation.
