  • The renting price will change with the number of guests checking in. Please make sure of the correct number of guests in the reservation. 
  • Guests must pay a deposit of HKD$200 upon checking in.
  • The latest checking-in time is 10:00 pm. If guests wish to check in after 09:00 pm, please call the owner in advance for further arrangement. 
  • At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking-in.
  • The room is not allowed free or pay late checkout service.
  • Guest must present ID cards for checking-in. 

Cancellation Policy

$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel the reservation.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm
Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting at the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed before the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.

  • The resort is located in the north of Tung Wan by the Tung Wan Beach. It will only be a 10 to 15-minute walk away from the pier. 
  • This sea-view-suite was renovated in September 2015, including a 250-foot balcony with broad sea view, outdoor furniture and a 40-inch television. 
  • The room is equipped with cookers and other cooking utensils. The barbecue grill is free for borrow to be used on the balcony or outside of the house. Use of the grill inside the house is prohibited. 
  • Perfect for couple, friends and families. (Not allowance of pets) 
  • The checking-in time is 2 pm, which is 1 hour earlier than other rooms. 
  • There is no additional charge except for Mahjong rental.
