1. All paid fees are non-refundable or subject to change of use.
2. Campers are not allowed to entertain outsiders. Visitors must obtain permission from camp staff before staying in the camp.
3. If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency and need to leave, you will not be able to return to the camp. The campervan and camping house experience check-in time is 16:00-18:00 every day. The cleaning time of the campervan and camping house is 12:00-16:00. Guests can check in after 15:30. If payment is not completed, the checkout must be done first when checking in.
8. Participants must leave the venue at 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Overtime will be charged $100 per person per hour. Any less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
9. All facilities on site are private property of Dragon Home. If damaged by campers, the original price of the facilities must be compensated.
10. If the venue will be used by other friends and guests that day, the actual partition and space allocation will be arranged. Please follow the instructions. 11. All campers and vehicle parking spaces must be applied for and paid for in advance. If the number of campers and vehicles exceeds the number of applicants, Long.Home reserves the right not to add more campsites or parking spaces.
12. Vehicles must be parked in a designated location. When parking, they must drive slowly and park in the reserved location in accordance with the instructions of the staff. They must not leave before the scheduled departure time, and they must not drive on the grass at will. In the event of an accident or damage to the camp, the vehicle must be parked at a designated location. Any facilities within, all responsibility will be borne by the driver. The vehicle must be parked in a designated location. If you drive on the grass without permission, you will be charged $1,000.

21. After 10:00 pm, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others:

Adverse weather and camp schedule changes guidelines

〖Severe Weather Guidance〗
If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal No. 3 or above before 12:00PM on the day of entry, the camp date can be changed once for free. Guests must provide a new camp period within seven days from the original camp date, and the new camp period is within 60 days of the old camp period. Guests can also choose not to reschedule, and Long.Home will refund 80% of the camp fee.

If the camp is canceled for any reason (except under severe weather conditions), it will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment of the camp period and no refund/change of the camp period will be granted.
If you need to change the camp period, you must make a request 14 days before the camp period. Long.Home will charge 20% of the total amount (including parking lot fees and rental project fees) as a handling fee. Guests must change the camp period seven days from the original day of camp. A new camp period will be provided within 60 days of the old camp period. If the amount is reduced, the difference cannot be refunded.
