Campsite Rules (Must Read!!!)

• Must keep the campsite clean. Do not cut down trees, pick flowers, plants, trees, or move stones that damage the site's natural landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all garbage produced during their stay.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM sharp to before 6:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 PM sharp.
• All participants must stop all activities that produce disturbing noise after 10:00 PM at night.
• Smoking, gambling, drunken disturbances, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws are strictly prohibited within the campsite.
• Participants must not make open fires directly on the grass within the campsite area. If using a fire pit, it must be elevated with bricks and covered with a fire blanket; any damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use the campsite's power supply without permission. Please conserve water and protect public property.
• Pet camping requires a $1,500 deposit to ensure the campsite/furniture remains clean.
• Participants must safeguard their own belongings; in case of loss, the applying group/participant is solely responsible.
• In case of violation of these campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior, Autocamper HK reserves the right to terminate the camping period at any time, with no refund for paid fees.

Bad Weather Arrangements
•In case of accidents or typhoons during the camping period
(Signal 1 or above; the site will close at Signal 3) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), the organizer will handle rescheduling at its discretion to ensure guests have a pleasant camping trip as much as possible, but we reserve absolute authority to decide all arrangements.
•The campsite will close at Signal 3 typhoon signal. Please monitor the weather and contact Autocamper HK or Holimood promptly; guests will receive the following arrangements, with no refund for paid fees.

In case of any dispute, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the final decision.

若客戶符合以上的條件並確定需要更改或取消服務體驗日期，訂單登記人必須於指定日期的辦公時間內，以書面的形式Whatsapp通知Holimood以作安排。
當客戶獲得批准更改或取消Holimood將會向客人收取HKD 100手續費，所有變更將會以電郵作準，逾期通知者將視為如期出發。

如有任何爭議，Holimood及Autocamper HK保持最終決定權

Private cars cannot drive directly into Ma Wan. Park at Kwai Fong New Town Plaza or Tsing Yi Tsing Yi City, then transfer to Park Island bus or taxi.
