Terms and Conditions
Campground Rules (Must Read!!!)

• Must keep the campground clean, do not cut down trees, pick flowers, plants, trees, or move stones, etc., that damage the site's outdoor landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all garbage generated during their stay.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to before 6:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
• All participants should stop all activities that produce disturbing noise after 10:00 PM at night.
• Strictly prohibited within the campground: smoking, gambling, drunken disturbances, or any behavior that violates Hong Kong laws.
• Participants are not allowed to make open fires directly on the grass within the campground area. If using a fire pit, it must be elevated with bricks and covered with a fire blanket; any damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use the campground's power supply without authorization, please conserve water, and protect public property.
• Pet camping requires a $1,500 deposit to ensure the cleanliness of the campground/furniture.
• Participants must safeguard their own personal belongings; in case of loss, the applying group/participant will be solely responsible.
• In case of violation of these campground rules or other illegal or improper behavior, Autocamper HK reserves the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and no refund of paid fees will be given.

Bad Weather Arrangements
•During the camping period, in case of accidents, typhoons
(Signal 1 or above, the site will close at Signal 3) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), the organizer will handle rescheduling at its discretion, striving to arrange for guests to have a pleasant camping trip, but we have absolute authority to decide all handling matters.
•The campground will close at Signal 3 typhoon signal. Please pay attention to the weather and contact Autocamper HK or Holimood in time; guests will receive the following arrangements, and no refund for paid fees will be given.

In case of any disputes, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the final decision rights

當客戶獲得批准更改或取消Holimood將會向客人收取HKD 100手續費，所有變更將會以電郵作準，逾期通知者將視為如期出發。
