‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. At pick-up, need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, proof of address valid for three months (PDF accepted), one booking only registers one driver.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily service hours generally 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pick-up/drop-off charged HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee starts 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees follow contract HKD 75 per 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pick-up/drop-off requires an additional service fee of HKD 240 each time.
6. Daily rental mileage limit not exceeding 250KM, three days not exceeding 600KM, and seven days not exceeding 1200KM.
7. Before pick-up, pay deposit according to vehicle model. Deposit will be 100% refunded after inspection confirmation (after deducting traffic violation deposit and known tunnel fees etc.). (Refund time depends on payment method: cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Master credit card approx. 7-10 business days for bank crediting).
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier will no longer proactively provide dash cams; please inquire in advance, and you are welcome to bring your own dash cam.
