‼️ Notes Before Renting ‼️

1. At pickup, need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, three-month valid address proof (PDF accepted), one booking accepts only one driver registration.
2. P-license (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on model.
3. Daily service hours generally 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pickup/return charged extra HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overtime service charges start 15 minutes after scheduled pickup/return time (detailed charges follow contract HKD 75 per 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pickup/return each time requires additional service fee HKD 240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit must not exceed 250KM, three days not exceed 600KM, and seven days not exceed 1200KM.
7. Deposit must be paid before pickup according to model; deposit will be 100% refunded after inspection confirmation (minus traffic fines, tunnel fees and other miscellaneous), refund time depends on payment method (cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Master approx. 7-10 business days to bank account).
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier no longer provides dashcam proactively; please inquire in advance, welcome to bring your own dashcam.
