‼️ Notes Before Renting ‼️

1. When picking up the car, the following original documents must be presented: Hong Kong resident ID card, valid driving license, three-month valid proof of address (PDF accepted), one reservation accepts only one driver registration.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily general service hours are 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pickup/return charged HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee starts 15 minutes after scheduled pickup/return time (detailed fees follow contract terms HKD 75/every 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pickup/return each time requires an additional service fee of HKD 240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit must not exceed 250KM, three days not exceed 600KM, and seven days not exceed 1200KM.
7. Deposit must be paid according to the model before pickup, deposit will be 100% refunded after proper inspection and confirmation (minus traffic violation deposit and known tolls etc.); refund time depends on customer's payment method (cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Mastercard approximately 7-10 business days for bank crediting).
8. Once reservation is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind will be accepted.
9. Supplier will no longer proactively provide dash cams, please inquire in advance, welcome to bring your own dash cam.
