Terms and Conditions
Campsite Rules (Must Read!!)

• Must keep the campsite clean, do not cut down trees, pick flowers, plants, trees, or move stones, etc., that damage the site's external landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all garbage produced during their stay.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM sharp to 6:00 PM sharp
 •Check-out time is before 12:00 PM
• All participants must stop all activities that produce disturbing noise after 10:00 PM.
• After 8:00 PM, all vehicles will stop entering and exiting the farm to maintain quietness and avoid disturbing others.
• Strictly prohibited in the campsite: smoking, gambling, drunken disturbances, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws.
• Participants must not light fires directly on the grass within the campsite area. If using a fire pit, it must be elevated with bricks and then covered with a fire blanket. Damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use the campsite's electricity without permission. Please conserve water and take care of public property.
• Participants must submit the application form and number of people 24 hours before check-in. It is only confirmed after staff verification and payment.
• Participants must safeguard their personal belongings. In case of loss, the applicant group/participant is solely responsible.
• In case of violation of these campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior, Autocamper hk reserves the right to terminate the camping period at any time. No refund will be given for fees paid.
** If necessary, staff will arrange for vehicles to be parked outside the campsite area first to facilitate departure.

Change Booking
• Once the order is confirmed, the selected additional services and order headcount cannot be reduced.
• At least 14 working days before the selected activity date, 50% of the total amount paid allows one date change

Cancel Booking
• Once the reservation is confirmed and paid, the company will not cancel due to the applicant's personal reasons. If cancelled, no refund of paid fees will be given.

If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood via WhatsApp in writing during office hours before the specified date for arrangement.
Upon approval of the change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the guest a HKD 100 handling fee. All changes will be confirmed by email. Late notifications will be considered as proceeding as scheduled. In case of any dispute, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the final decision right.

Bad Weather Arrangements
• During the camping period, if there is a pandemic rebound, accident, typhoon (No. 1 or above; site closes at No. 3 signal) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), the organizer will handle rescheduling at its discretion to ensure guests have a pleasant camping trip as much as possible, but we have absolute authority to decide all handling matters.

• The campsite will close during No. 3 typhoon signal.

• To protect the grass quality and condition, after rain or when the grass is too wet, site staff reserve the right to arrange guests' vehicles to park in specific locations off the grass.

In case of any dispute, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the final decision right.
