Terms and Conditions
Campsite Rules (Must Read!!)

• The campsite must be kept clean. Do not cut down, pick flowers, plants, or trees, or remove stones or otherwise damage the site's surroundings. Participants are responsible for taking away all rubbish they produce during their stay.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
 •Check-out time is before 12:00 pm
• All participants should stop any activity that makes disturbing noise after 10:00 pm.
• After 8:00 pm, all vehicles will stop entering and leaving the farm to keep things quiet and avoid disturbing others.
• Smoking, gambling, drunken and disruptive behaviour, or any act that violates Hong Kong law is strictly prohibited within the campsite.
• Participants must not light fires directly on the grass within the campsite area. If using a fire pit, it must be raised on bricks and covered with a fireproof mat. A fine will be imposed for any damage.
• Do not use the campsite's power supply without permission. Please conserve water and take good care of public property.
• Participants must submit the application form and number of people 24 hours before check-in. The booking is only confirmed after staff verification and payment by bank transfer.
• Participants must keep their personal belongings safe. The applying group/participants are solely responsible for any loss.
• If there is any violation of the campsite rules or any other unlawful or improper behaviour, Autocamper hk has the right to terminate the stay at any time, and all fees paid will not be refunded.
** If necessary, staff will arrange for vehicles to be parked outside the campsite area first to facilitate departure.

Changing a Booking
• Once an order is confirmed, the selected add-on services and number of people on the order cannot be reduced.
• If 50% of the total amount paid is received at least 14 working days before the selected activity date, the date can be changed once.

Cancelling a Booking
• Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, our company will not cancel the booking for the applicant's personal reasons. If the booking is cancelled, all fees paid will not be refunded.

If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms that they need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood in writing via WhatsApp during office hours on the specified date to make arrangements.
When a customer is approved for a change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the customer a HKD 100 handling fee. All changes will be confirmed by email. Notifications given after the deadline will be treated as departing as scheduled. In case of any dispute, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the right of final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements
• If there is a resurgence of the pandemic, an accident, a typhoon (Signal No. 1 or above; the site will be closed under Signal No. 3), or severe weather (such as thunderstorms) during the camp period, we will handle rescheduling at our discretion, aiming to arrange things as far as possible so that guests have a pleasant camping trip, but we have absolute authority to decide all handling arrangements.

• The campsite will be closed under Typhoon Signal No. 3.

• To protect the quality and condition of the grass, after rain or when the grass is too wet, site staff have the right to arrange for guests' cars to park in a designated location instead of driving onto the grass.

In case of any dispute, Holimood and Autocamper HK reserve the right of final decision.
