Terms and Conditions
Campsite Rules (Must Read!!!)

Must keep the campsite clean, do not cut down trees, pick flowers, plants, trees, or move stones that damage the site's external landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all garbage produced during their stay.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to before 9:00 PM
* Check-out time is before 12:00 PM
All participants should stop all activities that produce disturbing noise after 10:00 PM at night.
After 9:30 PM, all vehicles will stop entering and exiting the farm to maintain quietness and avoid disturbing others.

Summer (June to August) check-in time is 12:00 PM noon.

• Strictly prohibited in the campsite: smoking, gambling, drunken disturbances, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws.
• Participants must not light fires directly on the grass within the campsite area. If using a fire pit, it must be raised with bricks and covered with a fire blanket. Damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use the campsite's electricity without permission, please conserve water, and protect public property.
• Participants must take care of their own belongings. In case of loss, the applying group/participant is solely responsible.
• If there is any violation of these campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior, the campsite reserves the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and no refund will be given for fees paid.

Arrangements for Inclement Weather

During the camping period, in case of accidents, typhoons
• (Signal 1 or above, site closes at Signal 3) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), we will handle rescheduling at our discretion to ensure guests have a pleasant camping trip as much as possible, but we have absolute power to decide all arrangements.
• The campsite will close at Signal 3.
• To protect the grass quality and condition, after rain or when the grass is too wet, campsite staff have the right to arrange for guests' cars to park in specific locations off the grass.

In case of any disputes, Holimood and Autocamper reserve the final decision rights

Guests cannot cancel and refund.

4. For cleanliness reasons, pets are temporarily not allowed in tents.
