Terms and Conditions
Campsite Rules (Must Read!!!)

Must keep the campsite clean, do not cut down trees, pick flowers, plants, trees, or move stones that damage the site's external landscape. Participants are responsible for taking away all garbage produced during their stay.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to before 9:00 PM
* Check-out time is before 12:00 PM
All participants should stop all activities that produce disturbing noise after 10:00 PM at night.
After 9:30 PM, all vehicles will stop entering and exiting the farm to maintain quietness and avoid disturbing others.

Summer (June to August) check-in time is 12:00 PM noon.

• Strictly prohibited to smoke, gamble, get drunk and cause trouble, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws in the campsite.
• Participants must not light fires directly on the grass in the campsite area. If using a fire pit, it must be raised with bricks and covered with a fire blanket. Any damage will result in a fine.
• Do not use campsite power without permission and please conserve water, take care of public property.
• Participants must safeguard their own personal belongings. In case of loss, the applying group/participant is solely responsible.
• If there is any violation of these campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior, the campsite reserves the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and no refund will be given for fees paid.

Bad Weather Arrangements

During the camping period, in case of accidents, typhoons
• (No. 1 or above, the site will close at No. 3 signal) or bad weather (thunderstorms, etc.), the association will handle rescheduling at its discretion, striving to arrange as much as possible for guests to have a pleasant camping trip, but we have absolute power to decide all handling matters.
• The campsite will close at No. 3 signal.
• To protect the quality and condition of the grass, after rain or when the grass is too wet, campsite staff have the right to arrange for guests' vehicles to park in specific locations, not on the grass.

In case of any disputes, Holimood and Autocamper reserve the final decision.

Guests cannot cancel and refund.

4. For cleanliness reasons, pets are temporarily not allowed in the tent.
