Welcome to Throw A Party's Party Room! Before you start enjoying our Party Room services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using our Party Room, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Booking Policy:

   1.1 Before using the Party Room, please make a reservation to ensure venue availability.

   1.2 Provide accurate contact information during booking, so we can confirm the reservation details with you.

2. Operating Hours:

   2.1 Please arrive at the Party Room on time and leave promptly after your scheduled time to ensure smooth transitions for subsequent bookings.

   2.2 If you need to extend the usage time, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it requires prior negotiation and any additional charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, additional fees will be required.

3. Usage Fees:

   3.1 Using the Party Room will incur corresponding rental or fees. For detailed pricing, please refer to our price list.

   3.2 During your Party Room usage, you are responsible for any damages or losses to the facilities or equipment. We will charge appropriate compensation fees based on the extent of the damages.

4. Maximum Occupancy:

   4.1 Please ensure that the number of people inside the Party Room does not exceed the permitted capacity to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

   4.2 For events with more attendees than originally booked, relevant charges will be applied based on the additional number of guests.

5. Liability and Safety:

   5.1 While using the Party Room, please comply with the safety regulations and instructions on the premises to ensure your safety and that of other users.

   5.2 During your Party Room usage, please take care of your personal belongings as we are not liable for any losses or theft.

   5.3 When using the Party Room's rooftop terrace, users must adhere to specific usage rules and safety guidelines.

   5.4 Users are solely responsible for any risks associated with using the rooftop terrace.

   5.5 Users should be aware that different weather and environmental factors may exist on the rooftop, and it is your responsibility to judge whether it is appropriate to use the terrace for ensuring personal safety.

   5.6 Party Room is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses caused during the usage of the rooftop terrace due to personal or others' actions.

6. Prohibited Activities:

   6.1 Engaging in any illegal, dangerous, or destructive activities within the Party Room is strictly prohibited.

   6.2 The use of prohibited items, drugs, or any illegal substances inside the Party Room is not allowed.

   6.3 Any behavior that disrupts others or causes adverse effects is not permitted within the Party Room.

7. Cancellation Policy:

   7.1 If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in advance. For cancellation policy and refund details, please refer to our booking contract.

8. Disclaimer:

   8.1 During the usage of the Party Room, you will be responsible for your actions and safety.

   8.2 We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the usage of the Party Room.

Booking Policy:

1. Before using the Party Room, please make a reservation to ensure venue availability.

2. A reservation deposit and a total deposit of $1500 are required at the time of booking.

3. Within five working days after the party ends, the deposit will be refunded through bank transfer to the payment method provided by you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in advance.

2. In case of cancellation seven days prior to the reservation start date, half of the deposit will be deducted.

3. If the cancellation occurs within seven days of the reservation start date, no refunds will be given.

Rescheduling Policy:

1. Customers can apply for rescheduling once, subject to the following conditions:

   a. Rescheduling requests must be made at least seven days in advance, or they will not be accepted.

   b. Rescheduling should be done within fifteen days from the original reservation date.

   c. If the requested new time slot has already been reserved by other customers, a new date will need to be negotiated.

   d. In the event of a Signal No. 3 typhoon warning or higher, a red or black rainstorm warning, the event/service will be canceled, and a new date can be arranged.

2. After rescheduling, the deposit will be transferred to the new reservation date.
