‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. At pickup, need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, proof of address valid for 3 months (PDF accepted), one booking accepts only one driver registration.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% higher than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily service hours are 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pickup/return charged HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fees start 15 minutes after scheduled pickup/return (detailed fees per contract HKD 75/15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pickup/return each time incurs an additional service fee of HKD 240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit not to exceed 250KM, 3 days not to exceed 600KM, and 7 days not to exceed 1200KM.
7. Before pickup, pay deposit according to the model; deposit will be 100% refunded after proper inspection and confirmation (minus traffic fines deposit and known tunnel fees, etc.) (refund time depends on customer's payment method; cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Mastercard credit card approx. 7-10 business days for bank processing).
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier no longer proactively provides dash cams; please inquire in advance, welcome to bring your own dash cam.
