  • Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
  • A deposit of HK$200 is required upon check-in registration.
  • Check-in procedures must be completed by 09:00 PM at the latest.
  • Rooms do not provide free or paid late check-out.
  • At least 2 people must check in together and stay simultaneously; otherwise, entry will be refused, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
  • The registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.
  • Pets (cats, dogs, or any pets 15kg or below) are allowed, $200 per pet per day.

If the order is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The order registrant must send an email to [email protected] or notify via WhatsApp or other written notice during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued, and ferries/public transport services are operating as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 8 Gale or Storm Signal, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the following arrangements will be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the accommodation will be rescheduled to an equivalent value check-in date, but the new date must be confirmed within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the earliest check-in time in the afternoon, the accommodation arrangements will proceed as normal.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
