Terms and Conditions

Notes for Booking Campsites
1. All campsites must be booked in advance, and same-day/unreserved applications are not accepted
2. Check-in time is exactly 2:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 PM (day camp experience) or 11:00 AM (2-day 1-night experience). If leaving overtime, the campsite will charge an additional fee of $200.
3. Campers must check in before 5:30 PM on the day of check-in. If exceeding the above time without prior notice to campsite staff, the campsite reserves the right to refuse service.
4. If individual campers need to check in early or late, they must notify campsite staff in advance for arrangements and will be charged an additional service fee starting from HKD 300.
5. All campsites must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation
6. All payment procedures must be made via electronic currency payment
7. From 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day, no staff are on duty at the campsite, and campers must pay attention to safety.
8. Date Changes:
- Free date change once at least 7 days before the selected check-in date
- If changing the effective date of the check-in date, customers must use it within 3 months of the original date and make a reservation. If not reserved after the deadline, it will be considered forfeited.
- If the price changes due to time slot after delaying the effective date of the check-in date change, such as from peak period to regular period, the difference will not be refunded.
- If the customer's changed period is from regular to peak period, the additional amount generated must still be supplemented and paid.
9. No changes or refunds after successful booking.

Bad Weather Arrangements
1. If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in effect at 12:00 noon, campsite staff may cancel the day's campsites based on the Observatory's forecast or local rainfall conditions on that day, and the itinerary can be rescheduled. No refunds will be given.
2. For safety and campsite operation reasons, after the Observatory issues Tropical Cyclone Warning No. 3, all campers must leave the campsite as soon as possible under safe conditions.
3. If the Observatory issues a rainstorm warning signal on the check-in day, please call the campsite staff before check-in to inquire about check-in arrangements.

If customers meet the above conditions and confirm the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood via WhatsApp in written form during office hours before the specified date for arrangements. Upon approval of the change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the guest a $100 handling fee. All changes will be subject to email confirmation, and late notifications will be considered as proceeding as scheduled. In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision right.

Service Terms
Disclaimer
1. All outdoor camping activities carry certain risks. Before participating, please assess the day's weather/environmental experience and ability/equipment. Participate in outdoor activities within your capacity and be responsible for yourself and others.
2. When conducting campsite activities at the viewing platform, be sure to pay attention to personal safety and companions, especially the elderly and children. If campers cause injury or death due to personal negligence during participation, the campsite is not responsible.
3. Please comply with Hong Kong laws when conducting campsite activities. If equipment and facilities are used incorrectly or illegally causing any loss to the campsite, we reserve the right to pursue all losses.
4. Some facilities in the campsite have potential dangers, such as pond edges and viewing platforms. Campers should pay attention to personal safety measures, take all safety precautions to ensure personal safety. However, for any accident, it shall be the responsibility of the campers or the relevant applying group.
5. Payment of campsite fees by guests will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
6. The above terms and prices are subject to the Chinese version. The venue reserves the absolute right to make reasonable modifications and updates at any time without prior notice.
7. In case of any dispute, Hollimood and the campsite reserve the final decision right.

Facilities and Equipment
1. If renting camping equipment and other supplies, must book at least three days before check-in. The campsite does not accept same-day or unreserved applications.
2. The campsite provides public bathrooms with hot and cold water supply.
3. If facilities and equipment used by campers are lost or damaged, compensation must be made at the listed price.
4. Must keep the campsite clean. Do not cut or pick flowers, plants, or trees.
5. Without permission, do not arbitrarily move furniture or equipment in tents or activity rooms.
6. Without permission, do not hang flags anywhere, post posters or flyers, or unauthorized use of campsite power.
7. Without permission, do not hang activity facilities anywhere or take drinking water in advance for activity or game purposes.

Injuries and Accidents
1. If any accident occurs, please immediately notify campsite staff or security for assistance.
2. This campsite takes all safety measures to ensure camper safety. If any accident occurs, it shall be the responsibility of the campers or the relevant applying group.

Accommodation:
1. Campers must not invite outsiders without permission. Visitors must obtain permission from campsite staff to stay in the camp. Without campsite staff permission or unauthorized entry and use of the campsite area, violators will be fined HKD 1500, and the campsite reserves the right to pursue liability.
2. After 11:00 PM, all campers must keep quiet to avoid disturbing others.
3. Guests need to bring their own camping supplies. Campsite fees do not include rental of camping supplies.
4. Campers must bring their own personal cleaning and hygiene supplies.

Other Rules:
1. Campers must arrive and leave the campsite at the specified times. If needing late check-in or early check-out, must notify campsite staff in advance.
2. Within the campsite area, campers must be self-disciplined, dress neatly, and do not be nude.
3. Do not enter the office area, storage room, or kitchen without permission.
4. Without permission, do not conduct any filming or interviewing activities.
5. Strictly prohibited in the campsite: smoking, gambling, drunkenness, or any behavior violating Hong Kong laws.
6. If violating campsite rules or other illegal or improper behavior, campsite staff have the right to terminate the camping period at any time, and fees paid will not be refunded.
7. Campers must safeguard their personal belongings themselves; if lost, the applying group is responsible.
9. In case of emergencies, contact the campsite staff. You can contact the campsite staff.

How to Use

• 2-day 1-night overnight experience check-in time is from exactly 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, check-out time is exactly 11:00 AM the next day.
• Daytime experience check-in time is from exactly 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, check-out time is exactly 8:00 PM.
• Must show Holimood confirmation email when participating in the activity
• The activity is only valid for the confirmed booking date and time, invalid if overdue
• All campsites must be booked in advance, and same-day/unreserved applications are not accepted.
• No changes or refunds after successful booking.
