Terms and Conditions

• The campsite does not accept any pets
• No cooking inside camper vans
• Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or have dates or service details changed.
• If the Observatory forecasts the hoisting of a rainstorm warning signal, strong wind signal, or storm signal one to two days before entry, the booking application can be rescheduled (contact campsite staff). The campsite will handle it at discretion based on the situation; rescheduling is allowed but no refunds.
  
• If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify the campsite staff via WhatsApp in writing during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
• In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

How to Use

• Must present Holimood confirmation email when participating in the activity
• Orders are only valid for the confirmed booking date and time; invalid if overdue
• No refunds for no-shows
• The campsite is located in the New Territories suburbs; guests should prepare their own carry-on medications. For public and personal safety, guests are strictly prohibited from smoking, eating durian, cooking food, or burning mosquito coils in the room. If found, the full deposit will be deducted to cover repair costs, additional compensation may be required, and future rental eligibility will be cancelled. 
• The campsite environment adopts natural ecological management, with rural flavors (field smells), rural customs (firecrackers during festivals), and inevitably insects such as snakes, bugs, rats, ants, and cats/dogs may appear. Please prepare your own mosquito repellent, patches, etc. If you are very sensitive to this, please think twice.
