‼️ Notes Before Renting ‼️

1. At pick-up, must present original documents: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, 3-month valid address proof (PDF accepted). One booking accepts only one registered driver.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit 50% higher than full license; actual deposit amount depends on model.
3. Daily service hours: 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted). Overtime handover charged extra $100 per hour.
4. Overtime fees start 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees per contract $75/15 min) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday handover each time requires additional service fee $240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit not to exceed 250KM, three days not to exceed 600KM, seven days not to exceed 1200KM.
7. Deposit must be paid before pick-up according to model. Deposit fully refunded after inspection confirmation (minus traffic fine deposit and known tunnel fees etc.). Refund time depends on payment method: cash/FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Mastercard approx. 7-10 business days to bank account.
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier will no longer proactively provide dash cams; please inquire in advance. Welcome to bring your own dash cam.
