Terms and Conditions

**The maximum occupancy of this unit is limited to 6 people only (including visitors)
***Check-in time can only be delayed, early check-in is not accepted; check-out time can only be earlier, late check-out service is not accepted

• Room rates vary according to the number of guests. Please ensure the correct number of guests (including visitors) is selected when booking.
• If the owner discovers upon or after check-in that the number of guests exceeds the number stated in the order, check-in will be refused, the order will be immediately voided, and no refund will be arranged. Please take note.
• Once a booking is confirmed, all amendment/cancellation procedures will be handled in accordance with the accommodation's cancellation policy and inclement weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and inclement weather arrangements carefully first.
• A deposit of HK$200 is required upon check-in.
• Check-in must be completed by 09:00 PM at the latest.
• The room does not provide free or paid late check-out.
• At least 2 people must check in together at the same time during registration, otherwise check-in will be refused, the order will be immediately voided, and no refund will be arranged. Please take note.
• The registrant must be at least 16 years old and must bring their identity card for check-in procedures.
• Cats, dogs or any pets (15kg or below) are allowed, $200 per pet per day.

Cancellation Policy

Check-in date cannot be changed

Cancel Booking
Three weeks before check-in time:
• Half of the room fee refunded
Less than three weeks before check-in time:
• No room fee refunded

If an order is cancelled, Holimood will charge the guest a $50 handling fee. The order registrant must, within office hours on the specified date, send an email to [email protected] or notify via WhatsApp or other written means for arrangements.
In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the right of final decision.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

1) If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or the Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning is issued on the day of check-in, and New World First Ferry/transportation services operate as normal, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as normal.

2) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued on the day of check-in, the following arrangements will apply:

a. If the signal is still hoisted after the earliest check-in time, the accommodation arrangement will be rescheduled to a check-in date of equivalent value, provided that the revised check-in date is replied within 7 days.

b. If the signal has been lowered before the earliest check-in time in the afternoon, the accommodation arrangement will continue as normal.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the right of final decision.

Customers will need to follow the cancellation policies below.
$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel the reservation.
