‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. At pick-up, need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, three-month valid proof of address (PDF accepted), one booking accepts only one driver registration.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily service hours generally 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pick-up/return charged HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee starts 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees follow contract HKD 75 per 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pick-up/return each time requires additional service fee HKD 240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit not exceeding 250KM, three days not exceeding 600KM, and seven days not exceeding 1200KM.
7. Before pick-up, deposit required based on model, deposit will be 100% refunded after inspection confirmation (minus traffic fines deposit and known tunnel fees etc.) (refund time depends on payment method: cash/FPS within 72 hours, Visa/Mastercard approx. 7-10 working days for bank processing).
8. Once booking accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier no longer provides dashcam proactively, please inquire in advance, welcome to bring your own dashcam.
