‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. Upon pickup, the following original documents must be presented: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, proof of address valid for three months (PDF accepted). Each booking accepts only one registered driver.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, and deposit will be 50% higher than for full license. Actual deposit amount depends on the vehicle model.
3. Normal service hours are 10:00 - 20:00 daily (Sundays and public holidays excepted). Pickup/drop-off outside service hours incurs an additional HKD 100 per hour.
4. Overdue service fees start 15 minutes after scheduled pickup/return time (detailed fees as per contract: HKD 75 per 15 minutes). *Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pickup/drop-off incurs an additional service fee of HKD 240 each time.
6. Daily rental mileage limit: 250KM max, 3 days: 600KM max, 7 days: 1200KM max.
7. Deposit must be paid before pickup according to vehicle model. Deposit will be 100% refunded upon satisfactory inspection (after deducting any traffic fines and known tunnel fees, etc.). Refund time depends on payment method: cash/FPS within 72 hours, Visa/Mastercard 7-10 business days for bank processing.
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier will no longer proactively provide dash cams; please inquire in advance. You are welcome to bring your own dash cam.
