‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. When picking up the car, the following original documents must be presented: Hong Kong ID card, valid driving license, three-month valid proof of address (PDF accepted). One booking accepts only one registered driver.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily service hours are generally 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pick-up/drop-off charged extra $100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee starts 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees follow contract $75/every 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pick-up/drop-off each time requires an additional service fee of $240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit shall not exceed 250KM, three days not exceed 600KM, and seven days not exceed 1200KM.
7. Deposit must be paid according to the model before pick-up. Deposit will be 100% refunded after inspection and confirmation (minus traffic violation deposit and known tunnel fees etc.). Refund time depends on payment method: cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, credit card Visa/Master about 7-10 working days to bank account.
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier will no longer provide dash cams proactively; please inquire in advance. Welcome to bring your own dash cam.
