‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. When picking up the car, you need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong resident ID card, valid driving license, three-month valid proof of address (PDF accepted), one booking only accepts one driver registration.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full driving license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily general service hours are 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pick-up/drop-off charged extra $100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee will start 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees follow contract $75 per 15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pick-up/drop-off each time requires an additional service fee of $240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit must not exceed 250KM, three days must not exceed 600KM, and seven days must not exceed 1200KM.
7. Deposit must be paid according to the model before pick-up; deposit will be 100% refunded after proper inspection confirmation (minus traffic fines deposit and known tunnel fees etc.). (Refund time depends on payment method: cash and FPS processed within 72 hours, Visa/Master credit card about 7-10 working days to bank account).
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any form accepted.
9. Supplier will no longer proactively provide dash cams, please inquire in advance, welcome to bring your own dash cam.
