‼️Notes Before Renting‼️

1. When picking up the car, you need to present the following original documents: Hong Kong resident ID card, valid driving license, proof of address valid for three months (PDF accepted), one booking accepts only one driver registration.
2. P-plate (probationary driving license) can only book specified models, must be at least 25 years old, deposit will be 50% more than full license, actual deposit amount depends on the model.
3. Daily service hours are generally 10:00 - 20:00 (Sundays and public holidays excepted), overtime pick-up/return charged extra $100 per hour.
4. Overtime service fee will start 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up/return time (detailed fees as per contract $75/15 minutes) * Please be punctual
5. Public holiday pick-up/return each time additional service fee $240.
6. Daily rental mileage limit must not exceed 250KM, three days not exceed 600KM, and seven days not exceed 1200KM.
7. Before picking up, deposit must be paid according to the model. Deposit will be 100% refunded upon satisfactory inspection (after deducting any traffic violation deposit and known tunnel fees etc.). Refund time depends on payment method: cash and FPS within 72 hours, Visa/Master credit card approx 7-10 working days to bank account.
8. Once booking is accepted and confirmed, no refunds of any kind.
9. Supplier will no longer provide dashcam proactively; please inquire in advance. You are welcome to bring your own dashcam.
