Terms and Conditions

• Rooms do not provide towels and slippers. If needed, please bring your own.
• Once the booking is confirmed, all changes/cancellations will be handled according to the accommodation's cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements. Please read the cancellation policy and bad weather arrangements carefully first.
• A deposit of HK$200 is required upon check-in.
• Check-in must be completed by 9:00 PM at the latest. If checking in after 9:00 PM, prior notice is required, and an additional service fee of $50/hour will be charged.
• At least 2 people must check in together upon registration. Otherwise, entry will be denied, the order will be immediately cancelled, and no refund will be provided. Please note.
• The registrant must be at least 16 years old and bring ID for check-in procedures.

Cancellation Policy

Level Two

Change Booking
1 week before check-in time
• Can change check-in date once (per order)
(Guests cannot choose other rooms when changing booking)
Less than 1 week before check-in time
• Cannot change check-in details

Cancel Booking
2 weeks before check-in time:
• Refund 80% of room rent
1 week before check-in time
• Refund 50% of room rent
Less than 1 week before check-in time
• No refund of room rent

If there is a change or cancellation of the order date, Holimood will charge the guest a handling fee of $50. The order registrant must send an email to [email protected] or provide written notice via WhatsApp or similar during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

Bad Weather Arrangements

1) If on the check-in day, Typhoon Signal No. 1 or No. 3, or Amber, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, and New Ferry/transport services are provided as usual, the check-in arrangements for the relevant accommodation will proceed as usual.

2) If Typhoon Signal No. 8 Gale or Storm is issued on the check-in day, the following arrangements will be made:

a. If the signal is hoisted before 3:00 PM, the accommodation rented by the guest will be rescheduled to a check-in date of equivalent value within one month, but the guest must reply with the changed check-in date within 7 days; otherwise, it will be considered forfeited with no refund.

b. If during the No. 8 Gale or Storm signal period, the guest cannot check out at the normal time (12:00 noon), the guest can delay checkout until 2:00 PM* without additional charges.

c. If the signal has been lowered before 3:00 PM, the accommodation arrangements will continue as usual.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.

$50 handling fee will be charged by Holimood to cancel or reschedule the reservation.
