General Terms and Conditions
  • Asuka will try its best to provide the selected model of car; if the selected model of car is unavailable, we guarantee that the actual vehicle provided will be of the same class or an upgraded model. The store may adjust the vehicle model proactively without any additional charges.
  • The allowable amount of luggage may vary based on the vehicle class, specifications, and the shape of the trunk and luggage, and may differ from the standard reference; this information is for reference only.
  • If multiple drivers are required, please register additional drivers at the time of vehicle pickup and pay the additional fee. Each driver must provide the same pickup documents as the primary driver. Please note that if an unregistered driver operates the vehicle, the insurance will be void.
  • Prices shown indlude tax. The fees shown may differ from the return fees for promotional activities at other locations.
  • The photos on the website are for reference only. You cannot select the specified model, model and color when making a reservation.​
  • In case of any dispute, Asuka Car reserves the right of final decision.
Insurance Terms and Conditions
  • In the event that the customer causes an accident or defacement, which requires repairs or cleaning to be made to the vehicle, NOC is the payable sum when the customer is charged a portion of the costs involved in the loss of revenue during the period of repair when the vehicle cannot be used.
  • Other items included in the liability amount: flat tire, tire blowout, wheel caps, vehicle accessories, and road service fee.
  • The subscription fees in the table above include tax.
  • The price displayed includes 10% VAT.
Insurance and compensation policies will not apply in the following circumstances:
  • When the damage exceeds the compensation limits specified in the chart
  • When the accident was not reported to the police
  • When exclusions stipulated in the insurance policy apply
    (1) Cost of repairing punctured or blown-out tires;
    (2) Loss of hubcaps;
    (3) Deliberate accidents (Intentional Act), etc.
  • When it is clear that the driver was in violation of the Terms and Conditions
    (1) Driving under the influence of alcohol;
    (2) Reckless driving;
    (3) Driving under the influence of drugs;
    (4) Unauthorized extensions;
    (5) Vehicle driven by a person not authorized by our company, etc.
  • When there is failure to exercise due diligence
    (1) Damage to the vehicle’s internal accessories;
    (2) Theft when the vehicle was left unlocked;
    (3) Refueling the vehicle with the wrong type of fuel;
    (4) Loss of keys;
    (5) Smoking inside the vehicle (including e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn cigarettes);
    (6) Other anti-social behavior, etc.
