Declaration as follows:
I understand that the course/activity involves physical exercise. To the best of my knowledge and belief, there is no health or other reason that makes me unsuitable to participate in this training and accept the assessment/activity. I am in good health and have no pre-existing health or psychological problems or allergies.

I voluntarily participate in this course/activity and understand that some training items carry danger. If injured or an accident occurs during participation, the person arranging the course will not bear any responsibility. I am aware and understand that participating in any FUNPEAK ADVENTURE course/activity involves many risks, crises and dangers, and the degree may be greater or the nature different from those I encounter daily.

I am willing to accept and fully assume the risks, crises and dangers, as well as the personal injury, death, property damage or loss that may be caused by the risks, crises and dangers. I waive any and all claims,

legal actions, cost recoveries, expense recoveries and demands that I may raise against

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE .

I confirm and agree

that FUNPEAK ADVENTURE shall not be liable in the following circumstances (but not limited to): any personal loss or injury; any direct or indirect losses caused (whether personal injury/death or property loss). I shall be solely responsible for the safety of the belongings I bring. If any damage or theft occurs before, during or after the activity,

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE or any related coaches or staff shall not be responsible.

If due to my negligence any equipment, apparatus, device or other property during the activity is damaged or destroyed (except normal wear and tear), stolen or removed, I shall pay the costs for repairing, restoring or repurchasing the relevant items.

Coaches and organizers have the right to change the activity route due to weather conditions, participants' abilities or venue arrangements. Safety first. Therefore, the organizers and coaches reserve the right to make any changes to the activity route without prior notice, and participants shall not claim any form of compensation or damages therefor.

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE does not offer refunds for any reason. Activities that fail to form a group will be rescheduled. Activities cancelled due to bad weather or other force majeure will similarly be postponed, but no refunds will be given in all circumstances.

I agree and permit

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE to take photos or videos during the itinerary/course for recording and promotional purposes and publish them in various forms without any remuneration, and without my additional consent, to use my personal data, portrait, name and voice for organizing and promoting the activities, including possible use of my portrait and name on the organizer's website, short films and promotional materials for related activities. The organizer has absolute usage rights over videos, images and records of any activities.

I agree prior to and during the itinerary/course to abide by

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE's guidelines and instructions.

I am willing to accept and fully bear the risks, crises and dangers and the personal injury, death, property damage or loss that may be caused by risks, crises and dangers. Waive any and all claims, legal actions, recovery of fees, recovery of expenses and demands that I may have against

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE.

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE shall not be liable for (but not limited to): any personal loss or injury; any direct or indirect resulting loss (whether bodily injury or death or property damage). I am solely responsible for the safety of the belongings I bring, and

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE or any related coaches or staff will not be responsible for any damage or theft that occurs before, after or during the activity.

If any equipment, apparatus, fixture or other property at the activity is damaged or destroyed (other than normal wear and tear), stolen or removed due to my negligence, I will pay the cost of repairing, restoring or repurchasing such items.

The coach and the organizer have the right to change the route of the event due to weather conditions, the personal ability of the participants or the arrangement of the venue. Safety is the first priority. Therefore, the organizer and the coach reserve the right to change the route of the event without prior notice. Compensation or compensation of any kind shall not be retroactive therefor.

FUNPEAK ADVENTURE does not offer refunds for any reason. Activities that cannot be organized will be rescheduled. Activities canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors will also be postponed, but no refunds will be provided in all cases.

Real adventure realized through Via Ferrata!

1) Using fixed steel cables and ladders, climb steep rock faces in a safe environment and experience unparalleled heights!
2) Experience rope traversing across mountain peaks, using a suspended rope to traverse by rope climbing to the opposite peak.
3) Victoria Harbour zipline, overlooking Hong Kong's most famous landmark - Victoria Harbour from high above, seeing a series of skyscrapers on both sides of the harbour.
