• The above rates are subject to 10% service charge per room per night.
• Room package is valid until 30 June 2021 inclusive
• 3 days advance reservation is required
• Hotel only accepts guests who are currently living in Hong Kong and no travel to China and, or overseas countries in last 21 days
• Complimentary usage of the Club House facilities is subject to prior reservation and space availability. Please contact the hotel reservation in advance
• The Club House facilities is intended for exclusive enjoyment for in house registered guest(s) ONLY. Other guest(s) will subjected to HKD200 per person per session
• The maximum capacities are 4 persons per Club House Service session (subject to social distancing regulations)
• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the room reservation and the Club House facilities are confirmed, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your credit card at time of confirmation and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment
• All rooms and privileges are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
• Additional charge will be applied if excessive cleaning is necessary
• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
• In case of disputes on the above offer, Holimood reserves the right to a final decision

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being issued before 12 noon of the check-in date, that results in situation of guests not able to reach the hotel by any transportation. Guests may contact the hotel for individual arrangements such as changing the check-in date or canceling .

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
