Terms & Conditions

• • Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of the reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies.
  • The latest check-in time is 11:59 pm on the day of arrival 
  • Guest must be at least 18 years old to book and bring the ID card with you to check-in for a room.
  • Guests must pay a deposit of HKD$1000 upon checking in.
  • The standard guest number is 2, and the maximum guest number is 3*, a double bed provided. (please advise if you need a twins bed, subject to availability) 
  *Free for one guest who under 2 years old, excluding extra bed linings, breakfast, and daily essentials (Baby cot on a request basis, subject to availability)
  *The guest who is 3-11 years old with purchasing extra daily breakfast (+$80), extra bed is optional.
  *The guest who is 12 years old or above with purchasing extra daily breakfast and bed.
  
  Enhanced Cleaning & Hygiene Procedures for Guest Rooms
  • Compulsory registration, temperature check and health declaration is required for all in-room guests and visitors
  • Gathering in guestrooms is strictly prohibited
  • All guests are advised to avoid gatherings and to share room with others not from same household
  • All guests are advised to maintain social distancing at all times
  • Elevated cleaning procedures and protocols in place including the use of disinfectants for wiping all high-touch surfaces (i.e. knobs and handles, remote controls, phones, hairdryer, toilet seat and flush, etc.) upon check-out and spray sterilizing each guest room prior to new guest arrival
  • Antiseptic wet tissues placed in each room for Guests use
  • Disinfection of room key cards upon check-out

• Reschedule booking is not allowed

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If any dispute arises, Holimood reserves the final decision. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm
Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting at the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed before the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
