Terms & Conditions

• Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of the reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies. 
• A deposit of $500 must be paid in cash upon checking in.
• At least 2 people are required to show up upon checking in. 
• The registrant must be 18-years-old or above. 
• Guests must present ID card for checking in. 
• The standard occupancy is 2 people. No additional bed is allowed. Please specify in advance on single/double bed preference. 
• Pets are allowed in the G/F rooms (Small dogs only: not more than 16 kg). Maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated with additional charge: $200 for 1 pet, $300 for 2 pets. (Please specify the type and number of pets when booking)
• Child(under 5 years old) stays for free if using the existing bedding.
• Additional charge for 6-12 years old Child: $100/per head (including breakfast）
• Maximum of 2 children can be accommodated.

Cancel booking
• Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform the front desk of the resort on the day. If we do not received any notice from you and you have not checked in on the day, the reservation for this room will be retained until the check-out time next day.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
