*Prices are calculated based on the number of rental nights. If continuous days are needed, please order the appropriate quantity, for example, for 2 nights, the order quantity should be 2
*All camping gear set bookings require 5 working days*Guests must set up and pack up the gear themselves
⛺Things to Know Before Renting
1. The general rental period is 24 hours from the equipment pickup date. (Note: Less than 24 hours is also counted as 1 day) (Example: Pickup equipment on January 1, must return within January 2)
2. Upon picking up the equipment, staff will confirm the quantity of rented equipment with the customer. We suggest customers check on-site if the equipment is in normal working condition and intact. If there are any problems, please raise them with the on-site staff. After the customer signs the rental handover form, it indicates agreement that all rented equipment is normal and intact.
3. Customers must use and store the equipment legally under Hong Kong law, and it is strictly prohibited to illegally set up the rented equipment at non-government designated legal camping sites; or use the equipment for illegal activities. If the equipment is damaged due to any factors during use, the company reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer.
4. Customers must return all equipment in the same packaging and cleanliness standard as when picked up; otherwise, the company will charge the customer the relevant tidying and cleaning fees. If the equipment is damaged due to any factors or the returned equipment cannot be rented out again, it will be considered damaged, and the customer must compensate for that equipment.
5. In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision.
