🛶Notes before renting
- There is no refund or any change after the order is confirmed
- The scope of activities is limited to Yang Chau. If the scope of activities is exceeded, customers need to find tugboat at their own expense.
- Overtime each 15 mins charge HKD$100/person.
- Damage or Lost charges- $100/kayak paddle, $200/SUP paddle.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or Yellow rainstorm warning is hoisted before 9 am on the day of departure, the trip will be rescheduled. No refund. Customers who have departed will not be refunded.
- For Yellowstorm Warning Signal and Thunderstorm Warning Signal; Customers could decide to depart or re-schedule the booking; Customers who have departed will not be refunded.
- If Typhoon Singal No. 3 or above is hoisted 2 hours before the reserved timeslot, the trip will be postponed, and Ah Kwok Water Sport will suspend all the water sports immediately.
- All courses and activities will be held as scheduled after the Red or the Black Rainstorm Warning Singal is cancelled.
- If Thunderstorm Warning and/or Amber Rainstorm Warning is in force, Ah Kwok Water Sport will arrange the activities depends upon the weather condition that day. All activities will be suspended once there is any lightening.
- If you need to change your reservation due to the above bad weather problems, you must notify the supplier through WhatsApp before departure and provide the date you want to change. The customer needs to use it within one month of the original date. If there is no reservation within the time limit, you will give up.
- The service provider will decide whether the activity is dangerous and suitable for water activities according to the situation on the day of departure. If the situation of the day is not suitable for water activities, the activities will be postponed, and the reservation can be rescheduled free of charge. The rescheduling terms can be arranged according to the bad weather. If the guests do not receive any notice, the activities will be carried out as scheduled.
