Terms & Conditions

• At least 2 adults are required to show up upon checking in, as well as to stay at the same time. Otherwise, you will be refused entry and stay, and the order will be voided immediately. There will be no refund arrangement.

• Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies. 
• A deposit of $500 must be paid by cash upon checking in. 
• The check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. 
• Registrant  must be 18-year-old or above. 
• Registrant must present ID cards while checking-in. 
• Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

更改預訂 -在所選的入住日期前最少30日可免費更改日期一次以每張訂單計算 -如欲更改入住日期, 客戶需於原定日期90日內使用，並須預約，逾期未有預約者當放棄論。 -若入住日期生效因延遲後價格因時段而有所改變，如繁忙時段至一般時段，差額將不會退回。 -若客戶更改之時段是由一般時段至繁忙時段，額外產生之金額仍需補回及支付。 -訂單一經確定，不可減少已選之附加服務及訂單人數。 取消預訂 不可取消及退款 若客戶符合以上的條件並確定需要更改或取消服務體驗日期，訂單登記人必須於指定日期的辦公時間內，以書面的形式Whatsapp通知Holimood以作安排。 當客戶獲得批准更改或取消Holimood將會向客人收取租金$50手續費，所有變更將會以電郵作準，逾期通知者將視為如期出發。 如有任何爭議，Holimood將保留最終決定權。

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning being issued, on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
