Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, or Black Rainstorm
Warning being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting at the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed before the earliest possible check-in time, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.

  • The three-bedroom suite is renovated in 2016, fully equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, 4 air-conditioners, a rooftop area, and a barbecue pit that is free to borrow. 
  • Perfect for friends and families. 
  • The standard number of occupants is 8 people. The maximum number of occupants is 8-10 people with a total number of 8-10 beddings and mattresses. No additional bed can be added. 
  • This room is standard for 8-10 people, a total of 8-10 bedding including mattress (no extra bed can be added).
