Terms and Conditions

• Room rates vary based on the number of campers, please ensure to select the exact number of campers when booking.
• Guests must pay a $500 (per campsite) deposit upon registration, which will be deducted for any additional consumption or compensation upon departure or checkout, with the balance refunded.
• The campsite is located in a closed road area on Lantau Island, drivers need to apply for a closed road access permit from the Transport Department in advance before driving in.
  
  

Damage and "Deposit":

• Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction to the association's facilities caused by the guests and/or their attending guests, staff, agents, or contractors. This includes, but is not limited to, any replacement, repair, and/or cleaning costs arising from damage, soiling, or loss to any furniture, lighting, water sports equipment, camping gear, equipment, decorations, lawns, plants, trees, or fences of the association, and compensation shall be made accordingly.
• Guests must deposit the following "deposit" in cash before entering the campsite or taking possession of the venue; this amount will be deducted for all the above-mentioned compensations upon departure or checkout, with the balance refunded to the guests. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the relevant compensation, the guests shall pay the remaining amount separately.

Prohibited Items in the Campsite:

• Candles (except those placed in leak-proof containers), incense candles, fireworks, open flames, and weapons.
• Hair dryers, induction cookers, or high-power appliances; if guests use such appliances in the campsite, it may cause short circuits and potentially affect power outages in the campsite.
• If power/short circuit issues occur in the center/campsite due to weather, accidents, or human factors, they cannot be used as reasons for refunds.

Pet Stayover:

Regarding pet stayover arrangements, the campsite can generally handle them flexibly as long as the pet is well-behaved, quiet, can be properly restrained, and wears a muzzle (if necessary), considering other guests. Please note:

• Pets can sleep on the floor of the camping hut but not on the bed (owners must provide their own pet sleeping mats).
• Pets are not allowed inside tents; owners may have their pets sleep outside the tent and they should be restrained.
• Owners must be self-disciplined and not allow dogs to defecate anywhere, dirty the areas, or dig holes in the campsite's grassland.
• Pet stayover fee $100/ per animal

Package Terms and Conditions:

• This voucher is non-refundable.
• The usage date of this voucher must be specified in advance at the time of purchase.
• The service provider may make changes or cancellations to the facilities based on the actual situation on the day, without prior notice.
• Guests must activate the voucher at the campsite service counter; otherwise, all consumption will be charged at normal rates.
• This voucher can be used on the specified date and the following day.
• If rescheduling is required after purchasing this voucher, an additional administrative fee must be paid.
• Once this voucher is used, it cannot be transferred, extended, refunded, and/or resold to others for any reason.
• During peak times, certain water activities may require waiting; please take note.
• All other consumption must be paid in cash.
• The full value of the voucher can be used for the following non-motorized activity facilities provided by the campsite: kayaks, body boards, and shallow water surfboards.
• The campsite reception counter service is available until 6 PM. If unable to arrive at the campsite on time, please notify in advance for arrangements.
• If checking out before 10 AM, please notify in advance to retrieve the deposit after deducting maintenance and cleaning fees.
• All water activities start from 10 AM to dusk; staying guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the water activity facilities.
• Rental of other non-motorized activity facilities at the campsite (including windsurfing, surfboards, and stand-up paddleboards) can enjoy discount offers.
• Additional campsite users need to purchase additional vouchers to enjoy the benefits of the activity voucher at the same time. (*When booking, simply enter the correct number of people, and the additional voucher fees will be included in the total price.)
• Free accommodation experience is only for activity voucher users; the campsite does not offer pure accommodation rental services.
• No shampoo, body wash, towels, or other bathroom amenities are provided in the camping huts and campervans.
• Indian tents and additional voucher standard packages are equipped only with sleeping mats and bedding.
• Voucher holders can use the barbecue facilities for  HK$250  for 3  hours (barbecue facilities include: platform barbecue grill, 2 packs of charcoal, barbecue tongs, and one food plate for holding food()), if wishing to use barbecue facilities, must notify in advance or book at the counter ((if used without permission, a stove opening fee of HK$500) will be charged).
• If power/short circuit issues occur in the center/campsite due to weather, accidents, or human factors, they cannot be used as reasons for refunds.
• No cooking is allowed inside the Indian campsite, campervans, and all leisure areas of the center; if voucher holders bring their own stoves to cook in the campsite, the campsite will charge a self-provided stove fee of HK$500. If any campsite facilities are damaged during cooking, the campsite reserves the right to claim compensation for the relevant amount.
• Voucher holders must barbecue and cook in the designated areas of the campsite and are not allowed to start other fire sources or make campfires.
• Activity voucher guests can use storage and shower facilities.
• The camping area's grassland and leisure areas are public spaces; during the same period, there will be other campers and/or barbecue users; and please note that after 10 PM is quiet time, please keep the volume low to avoid disturbing other campers.
• Various beverages are available for sale in the campsite; if guests bring in or carry beverages not purchased in the campsite to drink in the campsite area, the campsite will not provide any refrigeration services.
• Holimood and the service provider reserve the final right regarding the use of the association's services and/or facilities, and may cancel booked camping periods or venues and refund the payment when necessary without giving reasons.
• The campsite reserves the right to modify the association's rules as needed, without prior notice.
• In case of any disputes, Holimood and the service provider reserve the final decision rights.

Booking Changes

• Free change once at least 45 working days before the selected activity date
• Changes at least 30 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total amount
• Changes at least 15 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 30% administrative fee of the total amount
• Changes at least 5 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 50% administrative fee of the total amount
• Changes are not allowed within 5 working days of the selected activity date
  
  If wishing to change the effective date of the activity experience, customers must use it within 6 months of the original date and make a reservation; those who fail to reserve after the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited.
• If the activity experience effective date is delayed and the price changes due to the time slot, such as from peak to general time slot, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the customer's changed time slot/service is from general time slot to peak time slot/service, the additional amount generated still needs to be made up and paid.

Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations at least 30 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total amount
• Cancellations at least 14 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 30% administrative fee of the total amount
• Cancellations at least 5 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 50% administrative fee of the total amount
• Cancellations are not allowed within 5 working days of the selected activity date

If wishing to change the effective date of the voucher, customers must use it within six months of the original date and make a reservation; those who fail to reserve after the deadline will be deemed to have forfeited.
•    If the voucher effective date is delayed and the price changes due to the time slot, such as from peak to general time slot, the difference will not be refunded.
•    If the customer's changed time slot is from general time slot to peak time slot, the additional amount generated still needs to be made up and paid

If customers meet the above conditions and confirm the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood via WhatsApp in writing during office hours before the specified date for arrangements.

When customers are approved for changes or cancellations, Holimood will charge guests a HKD 100 cancellation/change handling fee; all changes will be confirmed by email, and late notifications will be deemed as proceeding as scheduled.

In case of any disputes, Holimood reserves the final decision rights.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

•    T1 typhoon signal, amber rainstorm warning: vouchers and all venue usage will proceed as scheduled.
•    T3 or above typhoon signal, red and black rainstorm warnings.

2.    If customer cancels the activity, a 50% administrative fee will be charged
•    Any social events that may affect transportation or traffic.

•    If the customer's changed time slot is from general time slot to peak time slot, the additional amount generated still needs to be made up and paid
