【Long Coast Seasports】Water Sports Voucher with Luxury Teepee Camp Experience (4-6 people)

Terms and Conditions

• Room rates vary according to the number of campers. Please ensure the correct number of campers is selected when booking.
• Guests must pay a $500 deposit (per tent) upon registration. The deposit will be used to deduct any additional charges or compensation upon check-out or departure, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• The campsite is located in the closed road area of Lantau Island. Drivers must apply for a Closed Road Permit from the Transport Department before driving in.
  
  

Damage and "Deposit":

• Guests are responsible for all damage or destruction caused by themselves and/or their attending guests, staff, agents, or contractors to the facilities of the centre. This includes but is not limited to any replacement, repair, and/or cleaning costs incurred for damage, soiling, or loss of any furniture, lighting, water sports equipment, camping gear, equipment, decorations, lawn, plants, trees, or fences, which shall be compensated at full value.
• Guests must pay the "Deposit" below in cash upon check-in or before taking over the venue. This amount will be used to deduct all the above-mentioned compensation upon check-out or departure, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the compensation, the guest must pay the remaining amount separately.

The following items are strictly prohibited in the campsite:

• Candles (except in leak-proof containers), incense, fireworks, open flames, and weapons.
• Hair dryers, induction cookers, or high-wattage electrical appliances. If guests use such appliances in the campsite, it will cause short-circuit problems and may affect the campsite's power supply.
• If power/short-circuit problems occur at the centre/campsite due to weather, accidents, or human factors, this shall not be grounds for a refund.

Pet Stay:

Regarding pet stay arrangements, the campsite can generally be flexible, as long as the pet is well-behaved, quiet, can be properly restrained, and wears a muzzle (when necessary), as other guests must be considered. Please note:

• Pets may sleep on the floor of the tent but not on the bed (owners must bring their own pet sleeping mat).
• Pets are not allowed inside the tent. Owners may have their pets sleep outside the tent, and they should be restrained.
• Owners must be self-disciplined and must not let dogs defecate or urinate anywhere, dirty the area, or dig holes in the grass within the campsite.
• Pet stay fee $100/pet

Package Terms and Conditions:

• This voucher is non-refundable.
• The usage date of this voucher must be specified in advance at the time of purchase.
• The service provider may change or cancel facilities based on actual conditions on the day without prior notice.
• Guests must confirm the activation of the voucher at the campsite service counter; otherwise, all consumption will be charged at normal rates.
• This voucher can be used on the specified date and the following day.
• If rescheduling is required after purchasing this voucher, an additional administrative fee will be charged.
• Once this voucher is used, it cannot be transferred, extended, refunded, and/or resold to others for any reason.
• During peak times, some water activities may require waiting. Please take note.
• All other consumption must be paid in cash.
• The full value of the voucher can be used on the following non-motorised activity facilities provided by the campsite: canoe, bodyboard, and shallow water surfboard.
• The campsite reception counter service hours are until 6pm. If you are unable to arrive at the campsite on time, please notify in advance for arrangements.
• If checking out before 10am, advance notice is required in order to retrieve the deposit after deducting repair and cleaning costs.
• All water activities start from 10am until dusk. Staying guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy the various water activity facilities.
• Discounts are available for renting other non-motorised activity facilities at the campsite (including windsurfing, surfboard, and stand-up paddleboard).
• Additional persons using the campsite must purchase an additional voucher separately in order to enjoy the activity voucher benefits at the same time. (*When booking, simply enter the correct number of persons, and the additional voucher charge will be calculated in the total price.)
• The free accommodation experience is only available to activity voucher users. The campsite does not offer accommodation-only rental service.
• Shampoo, body wash, towels, and other bathroom amenities are not provided in the tent and campervan.
• The teepee and additional voucher standard package only includes sleeping mats and bedding.
• Voucher holders can use the 3-hour barbecue facilities at a discounted price of  HK$250  (barbecue facilities include: use of a platform barbecue grill, 2 packs of charcoal, barbecue tongs, and one food tray for holding food). If you wish to use the barbecue facilities, you must notify in advance or book at the counter (unauthorised use will incur a grill fee of HK$500).
• If power/short-circuit problems occur at the centre/campsite due to weather, accidents, or human factors, this shall not be grounds for a refund.
• Cooking is not allowed in the teepee area, inside the campervan, or in all leisure areas of the centre. If voucher holders bring their own cooking stoves to cook at the campsite, the campsite will charge a self-brought stove fee of HK$500. If any campsite facilities are damaged during cooking, the campsite has the right to claim compensation for the relevant amount.
• Voucher holders must carry out barbecue and cooking within designated areas of the campsite. No additional fire sources may be started and no campfires may be made.
• Activity voucher guests can enjoy storage and shower facilities.
• The grass and leisure areas of the campsite are public areas. There will be other campers and/or barbecue users during the same period; please note that after 10pm is quiet time. Please lower your volume to avoid disturbing other campsite users.
• Various beverages are sold at the campsite. If guests bring in or bring their own beverages not purchased at the campsite to drink within the campsite area, the campsite will not provide any refrigeration service.
• Holimood and the service provider reserve the final right regarding the borrowing of the centre's services and/or facilities, and may cancel booked camp periods or venues when necessary and refund payments made without providing reasons.
• The campsite has the right to modify these rules as needed without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Holimood and the service provider reserve the final decision right.

Booking Changes

• One free change can be made at least 45 working days before the selected activity date
• Changes made at least 30 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total amount
• Changes made at least 15 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 30% administrative fee of the total amount
• Changes made at least 5 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 50% administrative fee of the total amount
• No changes will be accepted within 5 working days of the selected activity date
  
  If you wish to change the effective date of the activity experience, the customer must use it within 6 months of the original date and must make a booking. Failure to make a booking before the deadline will be treated as forfeiture.
• If the price changes due to the time slot after the effective date of the activity experience is delayed, such as from peak period to regular period, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the time slot/service changed by the customer is from regular period to peak period/service, the additional amount incurred must still be paid.

Booking Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 30 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total amount
• Cancellations made at least 14 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 30% administrative fee of the total amount
• Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the selected activity date will incur a 50% administrative fee of the total amount
• No cancellations will be accepted within 5 working days of the selected activity date

If you wish to change the effective date of the voucher, the customer must use it within six months of the original date and must make a booking. Failure to make a booking before the deadline will be treated as forfeiture.
•    If the price changes due to the time slot after the effective date of the voucher is delayed, such as from peak period to regular period, the difference will not be refunded.
•    If the time slot changed by the customer is from regular period to peak period, the additional amount incurred must still be paid

If the customer meets the above conditions and confirms the need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify Holimood in writing via WhatsApp during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.

When the customer is approved for a change or cancellation, Holimood will charge the guest a HKD 100 cancellation/change handling fee. All changes will be confirmed by email. Late notification will be treated as departure as scheduled.

In case of any dispute, Holimood reserves the final decision right.

Adverse Weather Arrangements

•    Typhoon Signal No. 1, Amber Rainstorm Warning: vouchers and all venue usage will proceed as scheduled.
•    Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red and Black Rainstorm Warning. 
1.    Date change is allowed with no additional administrative fee; or
2.    If the customer cancels the activity, a 50% administrative fee will be charged
•    Any social incidents that may affect transport or traffic.

•    For all adverse weather handling, Long Coast Seasports reserves the final decision right.
Notes on date changes:
•    If you wish to change the effective date of the voucher, the customer must use it within six months of the original date and must make a booking. Failure to make a booking before the deadline will be treated as forfeiture.
•    If the price changes due to the time slot after the effective date of the voucher is delayed, such as from peak period to regular period, the difference will not be refunded.
•    If the time slot changed by the customer is from regular period to peak period, the additional amount incurred must still be paid
