⛺Notes before Renting

1. The general rental period is 4 days from the date of pickup, after 4 days, 20% of the total daily rental amount will be charged as an extension fee. (Note: Less than 24 hours will be counted as 1 day) (Example: Pick up the equipment on January 1 and return it within January 4) 
   
2. When picking up the equipment, the staff will confirm with you the quantity of the rented equipment. We suggest customers to check if the equipment is in good condition, if there is any problem, please ask the staff on site. By signing the rental acceptance form, the customer agrees that the equipment is in good condition
3. A deposit of 200% of the total camping equipment is required at the time of pick up (e.g. you have to pay HKD380 deposite for a HKD190 camping equipment set) The deposit is used to offset the amount of compensation for damage to the equipment upon return of the equipment, or for late return penalty. If the deposit is not sufficient, we will charge an additional fee. The deposit will be paid by cash / PayMe / FPS upon picking up 
   
4. Customers are required to use and keep the equipment legally in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. It is strictly forbidden to illegally set up the hired equipment on non-government designated legal camping sites; or to use the equipment for illegal acts. If the equipment is damaged due to any factors during the use of the equipment, Holimood has the right to claim compensation from the customer
5. Customer must return all equipment in the same packing and cleaning standard as when the equipment was picked up, otherwise the Company will charge the customer for additional cleaning fees. If the equipment is damaged by any factor or the returned equipment cannot be rented again, it will be regarded as damaged and the customer shall compensate for the equipment.
