⛺Booking Instruction

Key Terms for Rental Services:📝

 1.⁠ ⁠For changing the items or date, the customer is required to contact us 2 days prior to the pickup date. 

 2.⁠ ⁠If bad weather is expected 2 days before the pick-up date, guests can apply for a reschedule without a refund. 🌧️

 3.⁠ ⁠15% of the total rent as a handling fee would be charged for cancellation within 7 days before the pick-up date. (50% of the total rent for same-day cancellation)

 4.⁠ ⁠After Pick-up, the customer agrees the equipment are in perfect condition. 

 5.⁠ ⁠A deposit is required for each transaction and paid when the equipment is picked up.💰

 6.⁠ ⁠Deposit is used to offset the amount of compensation for equipment damage, or cleaning fees and overdue rent fines. If the amount is insufficient, additional fee will be charged.

 7.⁠ ⁠Generally, the rental time limit is 4 days from the date of pickup. After 4 days, 20% of the total rent will be charged every day as a rental extension fee.

 8.⁠ ⁠The Use of equipment should be in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.👨‍⚖️

 9.⁠ ⁠All equipment must be returned according to the packaging and cleanliness standards when the equipment is extracted. If the equipment is damaged due to any factor or cannot be leased again, we have  the right to charge extra amount from the customer.

10.⁠ ⁠We reserve the final right for decision in case of any disputes. 🏕️
