1. Insurance and other personal expenses are not included.
2. For emergency purposes and as required by the Marine Department, a detailed list of all passengers and crew must be maintained. Please complete the passenger list before payment (if there is more than one passenger in the order, please include all passenger details in the remarks section: full name, age, and gender, matching official identification documents).
3. Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes early for registration. Please note that holiday traffic is heavy and congestion is common. To avoid missing the boat, we strongly recommend arriving early. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

4. In the event that the National Day fireworks display is cancelled for any reason, no refunds will be issued. The tour will instead proceed as a Victoria Harbour night cruise, showcasing the magnificent night views of the Tsing Ma Bridge, Ting Kau Bridge, and Stonecutters Bridge.
