  • Once the reservation is confirmed, all changes or cancellation of reservation will be arranged according to the cancellation policies and bad weather policies. Please pay attention to these policies. 
  • Towels and slippers are not provided. Guests will need to bring their own if necessary. 
  • Guests are required to pay a deposit of HKD$200 upon checking-in. 
  • The latest check-in time is 9:00 pm. Guests must inform the owner in advance if they wish to arrive after 9:00 pm. An additional service fee of $50/hour would be charged. 
  • At least 2 guests are required to show up upon checking in. 
  • Guests must bring their ID card for checking in. 
  • Pets are not allowed.

Bad Weather Policy

1) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 1/No.3 or yellow/red/black rainstorm warning being issued on the day of arrival, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

2) In the event of a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted, being issued on the day of arrival, the following arrangement would be made:

a. If the signal is still hoisting after 3:00 pm, the reservation can be changed to another check-in date of the same value. Guests must inform Holimood of the reservation change within 7 days.

b. If the signal is removed by 3:00 pm, the reservation will remain effective as usual.

Should there be any dispute, Holimood will retain the right of final decision.
